Obama, Hillary, Portman and Morris -- evolved thinking?

Barack Obama, Hillary Clinton and Sen. Rob Portman have all announced that they have begun to evolve in their thinking about same sex marriage, each for their own reasons.

The new Pope, the Bible and every system of moral truth that mankind has ever stood by says they are not evolving, but are only sliding into the moral morass known as the apostasy – should someone tell them?

Those entrusted with high office are considered to be leaders and that implies that we should, or can, if we choose, follow their lead. Going up the "I am evolving" road with them still has connotations of being led up the primrose path to the gates of hell.

It's not much of an offer and is clearly reminiscent of a well-known call to follow, given by comedian Groucho Marx. Groucho said "follow me because I've worked myself up from nothing – to a state of extreme poverty."

Dick Morris announced his start down the road to evolved thinking at the recent CPAC (Conservative Political Action Conference) meeting. He declared that the entire conservative movement and the Republican Party should lay down the fight against Roe V. Wade and just accept abortion as the way of the day.

Many are already following our great leaders' inclinations to apostasy.

Fox's Jesse Watters was allowed to roam through the St Patrick's Day Parade in NYC garnering answers from a lot of young people and what they expected from taking part in the celebration.

All the justifications for drinking themselves into a puking stupor took the backseat to one luminescent explanation made by one young man on why he smokes pot endlessly. His justification was the lead given to him by the President of the United States.

Looking Watters directly in the eye he declared, "Barack Obama smoked pot, I don't see what's wrong with it, and he's the president of the United States."

Thanks for the leadership Mr. President.

Whether it's CPAC or St. Pat we can be anything from a RINO to a wino just by following the example and call of our fearless leaders into 'evolved thinking.'

God forbid we actually sit down and do the math or ask the simplest question, like why am I thinking this way and what is the outcome of this new path of enlightened deduction?

The reasons the aforementioned made their respective decisions only adds to the confusion because no two reasons are exactly the same.

Some say Mr. Obama decided to evolve because he has personally evolved and is himself gay, others say it is because he has so many gay friends and as he once proclaimed he needs to "show them a little more loving." At one point he made it clear that he was influenced by his teen daughters to get involved, or should we say evolved, in the question of same sex coupling.

For Hillary it is votes (Presidential run 2016?) for Portman it is nepotism over morality and for Dick Morris it is stepping up – by giving in.

For the drunken, drugged and deluded young people at the St. Patrick's parade it is a tragedy that signals a coming judgment, you know, it's that decline and crash that follows every civilization in history that casts off God, its own best underpinnings and any semblance of dignity and common sense.

While we are asking pertinent questions, it does well to consider this question about same sex marriage. If God has declared that homosexual behaviors are an abomination to him, (Lev 18: 22) then what would he call our attempt to sanctify that abomination through the sacrament of marriage. The only word that comes to mind for those who have not totally lost their minds is – sacrilege.

My prediction for the outcome of this sacrilege is not based on pabulum or panic. When added to 40 years' worth of Roe V. Wade and the slaughter of sixty million unborn human children the prediction is that judgments will, and have already begun. Food and then luxury items will begin to disappear this year and next. Prices will soar and goods will become excruciatingly scarce, yet this is only the beginning. Our finances will collapse and warfare and other calamities are forthwith. Want details – stay tuned.

While the U.S. is joining the worldwide slide into apostasy (falling away) our newsmen, broadcasters and talk show hosts have taken up the far more serious questions like, did the producers of the new History Channel's, 'The Bible" purposely use an actor to portray Satan because he looks like Barack Obama? The coincidental likeness to Obama may be a subliminal message or a clandestinely hidden message like the famous ELS, or equidistant letter sequencing, better known as the Bible Code. Who Knows – who cares?

After more than forty years of bible study I cannot tell anyone with any certainty what Satan looks like. I can say what his message is, and I can teach others what he sounds like.

When you hear men and women passing around the common idea that sins of the flesh, homosexuality and transgenderism can become acceptable simply by allowing our thinking to evolve – you have heard him!

Who could foresee a day in which fleshly lusts would become a prominent part of the rhetoric of our politicians and statesmen, and they would be proud to announce their slide into perversion and prurient behaviors. Those who stay close to the revealed word of God know exactly why the Apostle Peter penned these words so very long ago, to wit:

"For they mouth empty, boastful words and, by appealing to the lustful desires of the flesh, they entice people who are just escaping from those who live in error. They promise them freedom, while they themselves are slaves of depravity – for "people are slaves to whatever has mastered them." (2Pet 2: 18, 19 NIV)

It would seem that Mr. Obama and friends are stepping up to the times, but in fact according to the prophetic message of the Bible they are rather arriving just in time to fulfill the well prophesied apostasy that is now gripping the entire globe just prior to the second coming of the Lord Jesus Christ.

There are only a few prophecies left to the very detailed layout of conditions and events that precede the coming antichrist and the last and worst seven year period of human history. Not to worry, it is not the end of the world; it is only the end of the world as we now know it.

There isn't much left to happen.

1. The solidifying of the E.U. and the emergence of one charismatic leader. (Antichrist)

2. An attempt to destroy Israel made by a pact of Muslim nations and their Russian allies which miserably fails.

3. The false agreement between Israel and Antichrist which he breaks by presenting himself as the divinely appointed leader that alone is worthy of any praise homage, and yes, even worship.

Three strikes and you're out! Is it that simple, is it that near? Since prophecy never evolves but only arrives the answer to this question is immutable.

It is that simple and it is even closer than you think.
