Righteous anger and carnal destruction
By A.J. Castellitto

WARNING: The spiritually deceived and emotionally fragile may be offended by what they are about to read.

"So then because thou art lukewarm, and neither cold nor hot, I will spew thee out of My mouth." – Revelation 3:16

Dark forces are reigning and winning. But are they? I guess it's all a matter of where we stand. Maybe, we should take a cold, hard look where that is exactly. How firm is our foundation?

Does our faith lie in a religious institution?

"If you believe what you like in the gospels, and reject what you don't like, it is not the gospel you believe, but yourself." – Saint Augustine

As a former Catholic, I don't agree with some or even most of the teachings and practices of the RCC. However, if the Roman Catholic Church wholly departs from the doctrine of Original Sin, they will soon become obsolete.

In America, the Roman Catholic Church has been rapidly losing the youth for quite some time. When you promote style over substance eventually you will fall, no matter how large the institution. The RCC needs to rediscover a high view of depravity and grace. If your faith costs you nothing, it eventually becomes disposable. The people who want the RCC to capitulate don't care about the integrity of the church. Rather, they are more than happy to encourage the final push toward irrelevance.

This goes much further than doctrine. This feels like a shakedown. There's lots of money and power driving the progressive captivity of the church. RCC RIP....... ?

May we truly open our eyes and seek the higher ground!

In general, 'Liberal Christianity' is an oxymoron. In fact, there is another more fitting name for this Christ-less perversion of truth which is much less offensive – Psychology. Psychology is the clinical study of the human condition (behavior), which once classified homosexuality as a "sociopathic personality disturbance" until it was "upgraded" years later to a mere "sexual deviation" in 1973.

Words matter. What constitutes 'hate speech' and is worthy of censorship is often just a matter of timing. Today's progressive democrat was yesterday's traditional hate speaker. America's memory is short and its history open to white-washing; especially when reeducation is on the itinerary.

The truth IS none of us are ok. We are fearfully and wonderfully made in the image of God but we've fallen away. God wants us to return unto Him but we are wicked rebels.

Men are mistreating women, ignoring their responsibility as provider and protector of the family, and are leaving their children without a loving example of faithful and humble living.

Women are killing the life within them, destroying their bodies with cosmetic surgery, and exposing themselves on the internet (and leaving little to the imagination in the process).

Our irresponsibility and lawlessness has left us a government dependent society. Too many of us have left ourselves vulnerable to government protection and oversight. We look to bureaucrats to right wrongs and correct injustice. Our government will be more than happy to use our vulnerabilities and grow bigger and more menacing in the process. Big Nanny and Papa Police have got you covered! Just try and resist.....

Does our faith lie in scientism and political propaganda?

"The main obstacle to a stable and just world order is the United States." – George Soros

When it comes to origins and the natural order of things, I think we can argue evidence and theory back and forth indefinitely. I'm not going to argue with a dogmatic evolutionist who claims the evidence for natural causation is abundant; but I believe the whole idea of evolution as an explanation for molecules to man progression goes against reason – or at least my ability to reason. What drives or propels a positive mutation? What drives it all if there is no intelligent or purposeful trigger? Is entropy and disease proof of imperfect design via godless (or atheistic) evolution? Well, Jesus was a man. He hungered and thirsted. He wept and feared. He even despaired, as if forsaken. If Jesus was not perfect, in a physical sense, and yet was truly God, who are we to say that God was a sloppy (or less than perfect) Creator. I believe He knows what He's doing. He will restore a fallen creation!

As per the radically-progressive worldview, the economy of equality is arbitrary. It's rooted in manipulated public opinion. Racial revenge and political payback has become a socially just civil right. Tyrannical order is the substitute for the annihilation of moral order. This reality is made evermore apparent with each passing day. This is what Atheism, Moral Relativism and Religious Humanism has wrought!

Does our faith lie in evangelical complacency and spiritual negligence?

"Whoever is not with me is against me, and whoever does not gather with me scatters." – Luke 11:23

The faithful have hit the snooze button one too many times over the past century. Be wishy-washy about what you will have for breakfast, wrestle a bit with your own carnality and self-love, but at the end of the day, be passionate about the things you know to be true and the things that threaten your faith, your family, and your duty to stand firm for truth. You don't have to be a bully not to be a wimp. God doesn't want fearful wimps, peaceful pacifists, or moderate compromisers. Your apathy is spiritually unbecoming. Dare to be a Daniel!

I have a great deal of respect for those Christian/Freedom activists who never tire of speaking truth and tell it loudly and proudly to the masses. Two that readily come to mind are Bradlee Dean and Gina Miller. Their devotion and consistency is inspiring! Do we have their back or do we silently nod our head in approval?

Jesus said, 'who is not against us is for us.' There is no middle ground! Stop pretending to be part of some social-neutrality-fallacy. Resist the lies and the false provocations. Stand firm in truth and love. If our good-will offer and loving testimony of spiritual reality and carnal corrosion offends, so be it. We have behaved as we ought.....

Ours is a two-fold defense – faith and reason. God's natural order in Creation is not a defense of the faith per se but of the created purpose in all things. The other defense is one of spiritual redemption and the need for personal salvation. We need not limit our defense to one or the other.

May we faithfully press on!
