Palestinian economy collapsing. Where is Allahs' money?
By Pete Fisher

The Palestinian economy is about to slide into a 50% rate of unemployment. With the recent kidnapping of IDF soldiers, the Israeli navy has kept Palestinians from using boats to fish, restricting them to mainly hand thrown nets from the shore.

Funding cuts from Europe, the U.N., the U.S.A, and Israel have stopped coming in. Even the education funds are being used for food instead of their intended purpose.

Now here is what confounds me. Money coming in from Islamic areas is being used for terrorist training and explosives. It is used to teach people how to kill and maim. It is used to stage protests in the stale Arafat propaganda method.

Now, with King Abdullah II of Jordan trying to push the Arab-Israeli peace agreement by 2007 sometime, and Europe buying into it, the Palestinians and disputed Syrian borders are discussed, but not the Palestinian economy?

My opinion is, the Palestinians have been nothing but pawns for the Arab League since they were created and will remain pawns. Because it is so obvious that Muslim charity does not reach out to it's own, not even close to what Christian and Jewish charity does. Why would this type of biased charity exist? It seems to me that Allah is pretty selective in his benevolence. What else could the reason be?

Because by the Muslim world keeping the Palestinians ignorant and armed, they can be manipulated at any minute to attack Israel or any other Western targets. If the Muslim world fed them, educated them, and had any true concern for them, they would be propping up this economy instead of allowing Hamas to destroy it. Besides, having Hamas run the Palestinians, it actually makes some of the other terror states look less violent and backward.

And Hamas is seeking statehood in a hurried manner here, almost frantically, but to what ends? The Palestinian economy is devastated due to Hamas, and no one will aid a terror organization by feeding future suicide bombers. The Palestinians have no real money of their own, because how can they have a home grown economy when they are so dependent on Israeli industry? After all, Jerusalem and Israel were pretty much a dust bowl of poverty when Israel took it's original nation back in 1948. The Arabs in the area, Palestinians as the Arab League renamed them, sold that land back to the Jews for good money.

Not a thing was done by these people to build or grow an economic system since the Jewish Temple was destroyed by the Romans in 70 A.D. Only Israel has been able to flourish in the area, and the Palestinians will bring it back 2,000 years if they were to ever take control of the area.

What has Hamas done to help its own? Arafat's stolen cash is still floating around French banks, and any money Hamas gets, never seems to land in the hands of those who need it to eat. It goes into the hands of those who desire death. Not to the hungry, but to the blood thirsty. They have no banking industry, and they cannot even pay their own government workers. What good is statehood going to do them if they cannot function on the most basic levels?

My opinion is, the Palestinians will remain pawns of the Arab League and the rest of the Muslim world. The Jordanians booted them out, the Syrians booted them out, and Kind Hussein was most happy to place them inn Gaza where they would become a Jewish problem and out of the hair of the other Arabs in the Middle East. It was simply a win-win for the Islamic world, and it seems it still is.

After all, what good is a gun if you remove the trigger?
