Dick Morris, Obamaite
By Michael Gaynor

That his race is hurting Obama is the malicious message that Team Obama is promoting, but it's really a matter of his radical views and lack of military service, executive experience and significant legislative accomplishment for which personal charisma, hype, promises of change, expressions of hope, generalities and rhetorical flourish cannot compensate. Superdelegates have a duty not to succumb to blackmail, whether it be white blackmail or black blackmail.

Dick Morris characterized Hillary Rodham Clinton's big win in the Pennsylvania Democrat presidential primary as "too little, too late" and "doesn't mean anything" while lamenting that Hillary "refuses to die."

Mr. Morris's antipathy toward the Clintons these days is both readily understandable and well known.

On the other hand, Mr. Morris's ties to Raila Odinga, the radical Kenyan counterpart to and paternal cousin of America's ambitious rookie United States Senator and Democrat presidential hopeful, Barack Hussein Obama, Jr., are not so readily understandable and not well known.

Those ties and Obama's Kenyan ties might prove to be even more illuminating that shameless Obama's shameful ties to Rev. Jeremiah A. "God damn America" Wright, Jr., domestic terrorist William Ayers and slumlord Tony Rezko.

Like the official spokespersons for the Obama campaign but without being so identified, Mr. Morris is not only insisting that if Obama wins a plurality of elected delegates, the other delegates (referred to as Superdelegates) will automatically rubberstamp Obama, but that they should.

Fact: Superdelegates are supposed to exercise independent judgment, not rubberstamp like slavish automatons.

Mr. Morris asserts that Obama has "an easy route to the nomination," because "[t]he Democratic superdelegates aren't about to risk a massive and sanguinary civil war by taking the nomination away from the candidate who won more elected delegates" and, "[i]they ever tried it, we'd see a repeat of the demonstrations that smashed the 1968 Chicago convention and ruined Hubert Humphrey's chances of victory."

First, Obama supporter, former Virginia governor and current Richmond mayor Doug Wilder warned of rioting if those superdelegates did not support Obama.

Now Mr. Morris is issuing the same warning.

Instead of wooing the superdelegates, Obama supporters are trying to intimidate them!

Superdelegates have a duty not to succumb to blackmail, whether it be white blackmail ot black blackmail.

Mr. Morris explained Hillary's Pennsylvania win as the result of the primary being only for Democrats (imagine that!) and Pennsylvania being "dominated by the elderly, who are staunchly for Clinton."

Not a word about Rev. Wright, William Ayers, Rezko or...BITTERGATE!

Together, they sealed Obama's fate if he becomes the 2008 Democrat presidential nominee: he will lose because, instead of being a champion of basic American values, he is a secular extremist who not only rejects the religious attitude of the overwhelming majority of Americans, but arrogantlydisdains Americans who do exercise their First Amendment right to embrace religion and/or their Second Amendment right to bear arms as deluded and dangerous ignoramuses.

Reality: Obama is the one who was led astray, by his atheist parents and expensive and elitist secular extremist/politically correct/cultural relativist education.

The results of the Pennsylvania Democrat primary show that Rev. Wright and BITTERGATE mattered.

In the general election, they would matter much more.

Mr. Morris: "Older voters are flocking to Clinton as fears mount of what Obama might do as president mount. But those under 45 — less focused, perhaps, on race — are moving toward Obama."

It's NOT a matter of race.

Mr. Morris: "...don't expect the open primaries of Indiana and North Carolina to behave like Pennsylvania's geriatrics. Both states are younger, especially North Carolina, and independents can vote in each primary. (North Carolina is where a lot of the young people who fled Pennsylvania winters and job losses ended up)."

If Obama wins Indiana, it will be an impressive accomplishment, his currently huge financial advantage notwithstanding.

But if he wins North Carolina, in which the black percentage of the Democrat vote is huge, it will be because much of the black bloc vote will have flocked to him, because he's half-black and Hillary is all white.

Fact: More than 90% of black voters are backing Obama.

If 90% of whites were backing Hillary, it would be explained as racism and condemned.

But when 90& of black voters back Obama, it's explained as racial pride and even praised as fitting.

So much for double standards involving race!

People who were deceived about Obama because they were ignorant about him and left that way by a pro-Obama media that waited a year to report on Rev. Wright's sinister sermons and Obama's obsequious long-term relationship with him should be telling the Superdelegates that they greatly regret having supported Obama and it's up to the Superdelegates to make sure that he's not nominated.
