Just whose land is it . . . anyway?
By Kaye Grogan
Is America for sale? With the right buyers and moolah — you betcha! In fact, the project offering the sell of big condos in big cities to mostly foreign buyers is called: "America for Sale." Hmm . . . at least the sellout is appropriately named.
Rich Mexicans are buying up high-rise condos in big cities like pizza lovers buying up $5 pizzas on special promotion days. And not to be outdone — throwing their wallets in the ring are Asians, and Europeans.
This land is your land — is becoming a big joke. Now you see why your personal property can be seized to make more room for land developers — especially, those with foreign checkbooks. It's all part of a big plan, and you're being pushed out of your homeland to make way for "America the Land of the Confiscated." But don't expect a going away party before your property is seized. You'll be lucky if you're (fairly) compensated for the land you've owned and taken care of for years, and not plowed under along with the leveled to the ground property, thanks to the majority of your U.S. Supreme Court Justices.
For a long time now, Americans have not been able to feel secure in their jobs, and if they can't feel secure in their homes — pray tell where can they feel secure?
Your best bet is to live in rural areas. Be prepared to be ousted from your home if you reside in the city — because you're a sitting duck for money hungry developers to build money making businesses. Now you should see why the Bible says: the love of money is the root of all evil. Note: money is not evil per se, but the love of money is evil, because many people do evil things to acquire money.
In the Bill of Rights under Article the Sixth it reads: The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized. Note: the latter part of this article (where property can be seized) is referring to an investigation into a crime, it has absolutely nothing to do with law-abiding citizens.
So, it looks like the U.S. Supreme Court Justices who voted in favor of seizing private property have overstepped their boundary and are clearly in violation of the law and Constitution, and they have taken it upon themselves to decide that they know better than you, what is best for you and your property. Nowhere in Article Six is there a provision to allow business developers to seize private property. And to give business developers the authority to take personal property out from under landowners is without question — considered to be an unreasonable seizure.
Whenever (without question) there is an intentional disregard for the rule of law — this type of behavior is not only unconstitutional, it is totally unacceptable.
To go one step further, let's look at Article the Twelfth in the Bill of Rights: The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.
The liberal judges are totally ignoring the rights of the states, and the people. But this shouldn't come as a surprise to anyone — since some of these out-of-control judges have overruled the laws passed in the senate, and signed into law by the President of the United States, recently. Somebody needs to inform these judges that they are not Gods.
As long as we have judges who are selective in what they will rule favorably on — ignoring the laws as they are written — the judicial system will remain in total chaos.
According to the pundits who favor the lifetime appointment of judges (especially, liberal judges) — an amendment to the Constitution to limit the terms of judges will never pass. Of course, logically minded people know if the opposing pundits are so sure the amendment would be dead in the water — they wouldn't be so afraid to put it on a national referendum.
Your land is not your land anymore. And here you thought you were living in the land of the free. When is the last time you researched just how much of America has been sold out to foreign-based companies?
The more territory bought up by foreigners, naturally, the more they control the stock market, banks, politicians, and other vital areas. If you look at the overall picture — the plot to bankrupt America cannot be ruled out entirely.
Unless there is a substantial move on to fight for your property rights to be restored — you might find yourself out in the streets "begging" for a place to live ... along with the rest of the "homeless" folks.
And that's just my opinion!
