Just who are our enemies?
By Kaye Grogan

Is the liberal news media aiding and abetting the enemy? Well, let's put it this way: they are informants alerting the enemies of the United States just how incapable they think we are of winning a war — ANY war. Thank God the majority of them aren't over in Iraq or other countries with direct access to the terrorists. And thank God they aren't over in Iraq fighting, because they wouldn't know which target to hit.

I wonder how much lamenting by the liberal news media occurred when the German Nazis' were being killed?

Howard Dean, Chairman of the Democratic party has been ranting and raving about how we are going to be miserable failures in Iraq. I am sure the terrorists find you not only a great source of information Mr. Dean, but a bearer of good news for them as well.

Thank God people like you weren't around during World War I or World II.

It's obvious the Democratic party is in shambles and there is certainly enough blame to share for all the members. At least you have something in common.

To want the mission in Iraq to be a failure, because of intense hatred directed at President Bush is beyond reproach. It's not like the liberals are going to come out winners if we lose the war.

Where does your loyalty belong?

The liberal news media does not have the right to know everything when it compromises homeland security. We can do without you guys and gals, but we love our country and want to ensure that our citizens are protected against terrorists in spite of you. If America is invaded by our enemies — you are not going to come out of smoking rubble smelling like roses. If you don't believe it — go and try to find the Twin Towers.

I think the majority of us can thank our lucky stars that Howard Dean was not elected president. For some reason I can see him telling dangerous dictators to go to (well you get the picture) — if they dared to throw their weight around. Yes siree . . . he is definitely lacking (big-time) in diplomacy.

Senator Lieberman is finding out fast how it is to be an "outcast" in his party. Lieberman should know by now, it's not nice to tell the truth and make the Democrats number one enemy look good.

I bet the hardware store sold a lot of nails to chew on when level-headed Senator Joe Lieberman came back from Iraq expressing how he thought the mission in Iraq was going well — contrary to all the negative (rigged) polls out there in liberal la-la land.

Unfortunately at this point, the Democratic party is beyond rehabilitation. Instead of trying to win over the red states by becoming more moderately balanced, they continue to move toward the "out of the realm of reality" leftist groups.

Democrat Senator Daniel Inouye is asking President Bush and the Republicans to stop the attack ad involving Howard Dean and Senator Kerry revealing the antiwar statements the two have been making for the past few weeks.

Have you asked Mr. Dean and Mr. Kerry to stop undermining and diminishing the morale of our troops Mr. Inouye? You point out that you are a veteran of World War II, and know what it is like to fight a war. Did you have to deal with people back home or the liberal news media decrying the war, and proclaiming how winning the war was a hopeless case?

So, Senator Inouye you should know how inflammatory it is for members of your party to be engaging in bad-mouthing the mission in Iraq, just to try and bring down the president's approval rating.

When are you and the other Democrats going to stop crying foul — while you dish out spoonfuls of propaganda assailing your opponents?

While it would be ideal that our troops would never have to fight in wars and suffer casualties — just how realistic is this type of mind-set considering how many countries would like to wipe the United States off of the map?

Completely unrealistic.

And that's just my opinion!
