Why we need a vote of no confidence
By Cynthia A. Janak

Back in May of 2005 I wrote the article "We are but a state of the United Nations." I am going to quote the first paragraph of my article.

"You think that you live in the United States of America. Well, think again. You live in the Organization of American States which was created April 30, 1948. The OAS is a regional agency designed to work with the United Nations. Therefore we are a state of the United Nations. Over the course of years and years of dealing with the United Nations we have signed treaties and other documents that gave away our sovereignty in little pieces over to the UN. As soon as we signed on we became a state of the United Nations and gave them power over our country."

I have been trying to inform the United States citizen that this has been going on for some time now but you did not listen. In fact, when discussing this issue with people that I know they would turn a deaf ear and say, "not in America."

If you look at the statement "not in America" it is a true statement because America does not mean the United States of America. It means the Organization of American States that was created in 1948.

With this said it amazes me that people are having issue with the fact that President Bush is in conference with Mexico and Canada. This has been the plan for a long time. What they are probably discussing is the next bench mark that they have to attain to the unification of America. If you look at the Millennium Goals and Agenda 21 they will give you a good idea of the time table to create a One World Government that is to be governed by the UN and the World Bank.

On to the next topic.

Here is a question for you. What and who do you think G7 represents? Most people think that it represents the heads of countries trying to solve political type problems. In one way that is true because they do discuss things like pollution and other issues. On the other hand the truth is that they are the heads of the financial institutions of their respective countries.

Check this out.

Look at their titles and who they work for. They are nothing more than a bunch of bankers looking out for the interests of their financial institutions and they are all affiliated with the UN.

Here is another item that I want to show you.

http://www.hm-treasury.gov.uk/media/7/C/ent_globaluk021205.pdf

Here is an excerpt from page 10 of "Globalisation for the UK."

I want you to focus on the last sentence. "Stability should improve both the quality and quantity of investment in physical and human capital..." This tells me that we mean nothing more than an investment like stocks or mutual funds. The sole purpose is "to raise productivity and the economy's long run growth potential." Considering that this document is from the UK and they are probably planning for an economic surge because they are going to put more efforts into their investments (human capital).

Here is another excerpt. This comes from page 55 of "Globalisation for the UK."

I want you to focus on the sentence in blue. You will see that people are called human capital. We ceased to be people and citizens a long time ago in the eyes of the UN. The majority of the UN documents will reference people as human capital.

To me this means that in the eyes of the UN and the World Banking system people are capital just like a cow or a pig. This is why our government is pushing the states to pass "Universal Health Care" (a UN agenda item) to keep their capital investment healthy. This is going on all over the world because the heads of different governments have signed on to the UN ruling class treaty.

Now let us look at the rest of this paragraph. In the first sentence it states "Globalisation places a premium on a well-performing labour market." They have put a premium (dollar figure) on how we produce. It sounds like they are buying a car or something. I know when I buy a car I look at the performance rating and I will pay more for a car if it is of a higher quality because it will cost less to maintain.

(Note: When doing a search on the web you would not pull up this document because we spell Globalization with a Z which is the correct spelling and they spell it with a S.)

The majority of these types of documents can not be found in regards to the United States. It is my opinion that they are covertly concealing them because they (the elite) know that we would take steps to rectify this matter.

Personally, I do not like the idea that I am considered "human capital." I am a human being, an individual and not some piece of meat at the auction block. We abolished slavery a long time ago and I do not want to see it come back but slightly altered.

I have a question for you. What happens when the "human capital" is no longer able to be productive? Will they throw it away like a broken television? Will they do away with the investment because it no longer profitable just like Michael did away with Terri? Crude analogy, I know.

With that and all the other news that we are hearing about, it is my opinion that the United States citizen is no longer confident that our Legislature is doing it's job to protect us from outside influences and that it is no longer adhering to the will of the people who elected them.

I have been able to trace back many initiatives and human interest bills back to the UN goals for world domination. It is all there folks, you just have to look.

In the "Patriot Act" there is a section that defines a domestic terrorist. I suggest that you educate yourself to the meaning because according to the "Patriot Act" a person like me that writes or speaks about political issues truthfully is a domestic terrorist because we are trying to coerce or influence the United States citizen.

It is because of everything that I wrote today, I composed the "Vote of No Confidence."

Vote of No Confidence.

We, the people of the United States of America, express no confidence in the performance of the duties of our elected officials, seated in Washington, D.C., our nation's capital and seated in our respective state capitals.

Whereas at this critical time in the Nation's history when the United States of America people confront unprecedented challenges posed by global terrorism, when so many critical issues remain to be addressed at home, and when it is essential that the Nation has the service of a Congress who has the full confidence of the American people to enforce and create law, to defend the United States of America from foreign influence in creating of law, to prevent crime against the citizens of the United States of America, to seek punishment for those guilty of committing crimes, and to ensure the fair and impartial administration of law for all United States of America citizens; and

Whereas, the Congress of the United States of America has failed to adequately and properly create and enforce the laws of the United States of America in conjunction with the Constitution of the United States of America and the Bill of Rights. Has failed to faithfully execute the duties of his/her office as to the will of the people in creating and establishing new laws. Has failed in his/her duty to secure the safety and confidence of the United States of America citizen against any person or persons entering this country through other means than legal immigration, crimes by any person or persons of foreign nationality. Has failed in his/her duty to secure the confidence of the United States of America citizen by enacting laws that inhibit, restrain and thwart our exercise of rights given to us by our Bill of Rights and the Constitution of the United States of America. Has failed in his/her duty to secure the safety and confidence of the United States of America citizen from influence of a foreign nature in regards to creating law. Has failed in his/her duty to secure the confidence of the United States of America citizen by withholding or suppressing information critical to the safety and security of the nation, conflicting and incomplete information as to the context of bills in Congress, coercion of the governors of the states to enact laws influenced by foreign interests, and allowed nationals of a foreign country to deplete the resources that rightfully belong to the citizens of the United States of America.

Whereas, the Congresses of the individual states of the United States of America has failed to adequately and properly create and enforce the laws of the individual state of the United States of America in conjunction with the individual state Constitution and the Constitution of the United States of America and the Bill of Rights. Has failed to faithfully execute the duties of his/her office as to the will of the people in creating and establishing new laws. Has failed in his/her duty to secure the safety and confidence of the individual state of the United States of America citizen against any person or persons entering this country through other means than legal immigration, crimes by any person or persons of foreign nationality. Has failed in his/her duty to secure the confidence of the individual state of the United States of America citizen by enacting laws that inhibit, restrain and thwart our exercise of rights given to us by our individual state Constitution, Bill of Rights and the Constitution of the United States of America. Has failed in his/her duty to secure the safety and confidence of the individual state of the United States of America citizen from influence of a foreign nature in regards to creating law. Has failed in his/her duty to secure the confidence of the individual state of the United States of America citizen by withholding or suppressing information critical to the safety and security of the state, conflicting and incomplete information as to the context of bills in state Congress, coercion of the local officials to enact laws influenced by foreign interests, and allowed nationals of a foreign country to deplete the resources that rightfully belong to the citizens of the individual state of the United States of America.

Whereas, the Congress of the United States of America has allowed known toxin MTBE (Methyl tertiary-butyl ether) to pollute ground water in the United States, enforced trade agreements with foreign interests creating mass unemployment, implemented a health care system of a socialist origin, imposed restrictions on the freedoms of the citizen and business to smoke cigarettes, pipes, cigars; forced citizens to rely on foreign oil instead of domestic oil; violate our First Amendment rights to freedom of speech, peaceful assembly, religion, and the press; violate our Second Amendment rights to keep and bear Arms; violate our Fourth Amendment rights to unreasonable search by enacting the Patriot Act; violate our Fifth Amendment rights to due process by enacting the Patriot Act; violate our Sixth Amendment rights to speedy and public trial by enacting the Patriot Act; is conspiring with a foreign organization to coerce citizens and influence United States of America law and policy: Now, therefore, be it

Resolved, That the United States of America citizens have lost confidence in our Congress at the national and local level and urge the President of the United States of America to request the resignation of all in Congress national and local and by executive order implement local and national elections to be held in two months hence to fill the vacancies.
