Obama, Kenya, and the "Strategy of Legality"
By Cynthia A. Janak
This campaign has been the strangest and the scariest that I can remember. We have allegations of misdeeds flying around from both campaigns but mainly from our media. Our media is beginning to sound like the local tabloid that you find in the grocery store checkout isle. It is horrible to me.
There has been an upside to this whole campaign. There is an army of independent journalists that have arisen like the patriots culminating in the events of 1776 to give the citizens the real news and not the company or government rhetoric. I am just one of those people who have such a sense of duty and patriotism. I want the truth to be told.
There are three items that I am going to tell you about today. The first is the "Strategy of Legality." What this means is that a person will use the legal system of any country to achieve a certain end result. Let me give you some examples.
President Mugabe of Zimbabwe has used this strategy to attain his goals since 1982.

"...On the contrary — he spoke with passion of the need for reconciliation and unity, and urged blacks and whites to "join hands in a new amity." This may have required extraordinary moral courage — but reconciliation also made for good politics."
"After astutely winning over his opponents with the language of unity, he fired off the second barrel to his strategy ... In 1982, after attempting to neutralise Nkomo, he had him sacked from the government and hounded into exile."
'To crush all his opponent's support, he deployed a notorious unit in Matabeleland, where Nkomo's support was greatest, and waged a brutal campaign against the local population. At least 7,000 people were killed and tens of thousands tortured, beaten, raped or imprisoned before Nkomo surrendered in 1987.'
"From then on, Zimbabwe was a de facto one-party state."
Here you have Mugabe using what the people want to hear "reconciliation and unity" to his own advantage. He used the "Strategy of Legality" in winning the election to create a "defacto one-party state."
Let us go on to Odinga, Obama's cousin. Raila Odinga is using the same pretext to his election. He calls himself "your Agent of Change." http://www.raila07.com If you go to his website you will see that many of his platforms are very similar to what we are hearing from Obama in my opinion.
The problem that arose in this election was the real possibility of fraud. I was not there so I will not say what happened. Needless to say, Odinga lost the election and massive violence was the result. It was the intervention of the UN in convincing Kibaki to create the position of PM for Odinga and share the power in February of 2008 that stemmed the violence.
I now want to direct you to an article from Reuters. http://www.reuters.com/article/homepageCrisis/idUSL26768520._CH_.2400 Violence we fled was planned, say Kenyan refugees, Sat Jan 26, 2008 6:00am EST, By David Lewis.
"They said, whoever won, we would have to leave," the heavily pregnant mother of two told Reuters in a camp for Kenyan refugees in eastern Uganda.
"A few days before, they burned some tyres and then said: 'We will burn you like we are burning these.'"
This tells me that no matter which way the election went Odinga's supporters were ready to cause massive violence, the ends justifies the means.
So even though Odinga did not win initially, he did win in the end and was legally made the PM of Kenya. To me this is the "Strategy of Legality."

This is a rather interesting article and I checked all the links to other publications and they all work. So check it out.
I bet you are wondering what this all means to what is going on in this presidential campaign. Let us follow the yellow brick road to the land of the Wizard of Oz.
What we have here is a political move by Obama when he campaigned for Odinga who he now states is not a relative.
In August and September 2006, Senator Barack Obama traveled to South Africa, Chad, Djibouti, Ethiopia, Chad and Kenya as a congressional delegation of one (Codel Obama) ("Codel Obama" The Hill 9/7/2006) http://thehill.com/lynn-sweet/codel-obama-2006-09-07.html
Odinga gets into office but is not elected in January of 2008.
Odinga becomes Prime Minister in Kenya February of 2008 after violent protests.
You have Obama's birth certificate in question.
Berg files his lawsuit about birth certificate August 21, 2008.
"Berg told WND last week he does not have a copy of a Kenyan birth certificate for Obama that he alleges exists."
"In Kenya, WND (WorldNetDaily) was told by government authorities that all documents concerning Obama were under seal until after the U.S. presidential election on November 4."
http://www.wnd.com/index.php?fa=PAGE.view&pageId=79174
Let us investigate this statement by the Kenyan Government.
Remember, Obama went to school in Indonesia, Hawaii, California and New York. Because of this he would have no school records in Kenya.
By his own admission Obama only visited Kenya. He never lived there so any records of home ownership, drivers' license, voters list, etc. do not exist.
The Government of Kenya by admission of sealed records proves that Obama has legal documents that are held by the Government of Kenya.
With all the above being true then the only answer is that the Kenyan Government admits they are in the possession of legal documents that are sealed therefore the only legal documents that they could be in possession of is a birth certificate and /or a Kenyan passport.
If Obama was not born there, did not live there, does not claim citizenship in Kenya then Kenya would not have any records to seal, now would they. It is my opinion that they would have told WND that they do not have any records and to leave them alone.
Therefore, by their statement that all documents are sealed by the Kenyan Government proves by their own admission that Obama's birth certificate and/or Kenyan passport are the only plausible documents being held by the country.
Just a little note: Interesting, Odinga who is "not" a relative of Obama gets into office and now Obama's "records" are sealed.
Obama goes to Kenya to campaign for Odinga and now Obama's records are sealed.
It is my opinion that this is collusion between Odinga, Kenyan Government and Obama so that Obama wins this election fraudulently using the "Strategy of Legality" even though they are subverting the system to Obama's advantage.
A petition needs to be put to the United Nations under international law demanding that the Kenyan Government releases the sealed documents in question to prevent an international incident.
