The world is not 'tres gay'

Analyzing the events of the last week, the French would say "Le Monde n'est pas tres gay," meaning things are not good! In fact, they look disastrous. Quel horreur!
First, there was the election of Francois Hollande as president of France. Hollande, a strident socialist leftist, replaces Nicolas Sarkozy — a conservative who attempted to reshape the French republic as a model of capitalism and free markets. Sarkozy — who incidentally is half Jewish — was also a staunch ally of the United States and Israel, leading other European nations to take a harder line against Iranian nuclear ambitions and Islam. He even had the "gaulle" to ban Muslim women from wearing a face-covering burka, enraging France's considerable Arab population. And, much to his credit, Sarkozy did not see eye to eye with our own "mullah in chief," Barack Hussein Obama, who he felt was too soft toward the Islamic world.
But Sarkozy lost the French presidential election ostensibly because he was seen as the tool of the rich elite, a fate that bodes poorly for Republican presidential candidate Mitt Romney in our 2012 elections. During these hard economic times, Sarkozy was, like Romney likely will be as well, taken to the guillotine and politically decapitated by the angry masses. The political death of Sarkozy should serve as a stark wakeup call that Mitt Romney will not be elected president of the United States and that we, the rational masses, must now take matters legally into our own hands in saving our republic. It is no accident that France's newly elected president, Francois Hollande, is a clone of our own president — not just a socialist but also as weak on the Iranian nuclear threat and the dangers of Islam.
Second, while France itself also is debating the legalization of "gay marriage" under its newly elected socialist president, our own socialist president used this week to endorse homosexual nuptials. If there is any humor to this — which there is not — one could ask, "What's a guy to do if he is married to Michelle?" But sadly, the ramifications of this are great! The moral underpinnings of our nation and the West have already been considerably weakened. Now, with the onslaught of gay and lesbian culture, are we destined for the same fate as ancient Greece and Rome — where the only way to separate the men from the boys came to be with a crowbar? Not a good sign for the continuity of Western civilization.
Third, the "mullah in chief" not only compromised our culture with his gay marriage endorsement, but also did not play it "straight" — again — with our national security. To boost his re-election chances, Obama disclosed that so-called double agent CIA operatives infiltrated al-Qaida and uncovered an airline bomb plot. Nice work, if true, but why would an American president reveal to al-Qaida this success — that is, intelligence agency sources and methods — unless he wanted to put an end to future CIA undercover operations and once again "spike the football" after his crowing about the death of bin Laden? This intentional breach of national security was obviously intended to advance his re-election campaign by promoting his professed national security prowess. Already, Obama had disclosed U.S. war plans if Israel attacks Iran and our nation is drawn into the conflict (and other national secrets), as I have written in previous columns. Obama's treasonous acts are now legion. To stay with our French theme, under Sarkozy the Elysee palace never revealed to al-Qaida French intelligence in the war against terrorism. But then again, Sarkozy was not a traitor to his people and the West!
Yes, this week was not "tres gay." Instead, it signaled the continuing decline of our nation and the Western world. It is not a happy time, and We the People must wake up and do what needs to be legally done by ourselves. Our political leaders, the semi-good ones that is, are dropping like flies, and Sarkozy is just the latest example. The ones who are likely to remain in power or are now taking the helm are dangerous pro-Islamic socialists bent on cutting our freedoms and our civilization down to size, if not destroying them totally.
One could say that "C'est la vie." But "la vie ne sera pas continue" — that is, it will not continue — if we continue to travel on this bridge to nowhere.
