Seal the borders ... to keep *Bush* out!
By Tom Kovach

Dr. Jerome Corsi reported recently that President George W. Bush will participate in the third SPP summit this August. The summit will be held in Canada. That means he will be out of the country. I propose that the borders of the United States should be sealed for one day, so that President Bush cannot get back in. I'm serious; this is not an exercise in political humor.

The SPP is an agreement to "harmonize" the laws and borders of the United States. Harmonize is a euphemism for "erase." The elected president of our country is working to destroy our country, without a shot being fired, and few are standing up to call it what it is: treason. In the Constitution, the definition of treason is to give aid and comfort to the enemies of the United States. It is this writer's opinion that working to erase the laws and borders of this country — especially during a war — more than meets that definition.

In recent months, many conservatives were incensed about Left-wing extremist House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, who traveled abroad to engage in her own unauthorized foreign-policy negotiations in the Middle East. Conservatives said that Speaker Pelosi should not have been allowed back into the country. (We were right.) Conservatives said that Speaker Pelosi should have been tried for treason. (We were right.) Now, I'm saying that the same standard should be applied to President Bush. (Keep in mind that, last year, I ran for Congress on the Republican line, because Tennessee does not yet have a ballot line for the Constitution Party.)

The current Congress will not draw up papers to impeach President Bush for treason. Why? Because both the Democrats and the Republicans are controlled by people that adhere to the globalist agenda. Both of the Big Two parties are advancing global socialism, and are helping to set up a totalitarian surveillance society right here in "the land of the free." The only solution is to overhaul the system. If the citizens of this "home of the brave" do not get into action — soon — there will not be a country left to save. Rank-and-file members of the Republican Party are tacitly riding a train over a cliff, because they do not want to be "disloyal" to their party leaders — even when those leaders are being disloyal to the country!

The Republican Party is no longer the party of conservatives. (Actually, it hasn't been for several years.) The Republican Party is beyond repair. (Senator Barry Goldwater saw it coming in the mid-Sixties, and warned people repeatedly. Are you a more powerful conservative than Barry Goldwater?) The conservative "car" is long past the need for a mere "tune-up," although many members keep advocating that bare-minimum strategy. Conservatives would be wise to go for a "trade-in" to the Constitution Party, before our country becomes "upside-down," and any change becomes impossible.

A tectonic shift in American politics has already begun. I recently analyzed the results of a WorldNetDaily poll, which showed that 81 percent of respondents would participate in a "Republican revolt" to another party. That number is even higher than a poll by the group Conservatives Betrayed, which showed that 76 percent were fed up with the Republicans several months ago. And, on the 18th of June, an online poll by CNN's Lou Dobbs showed that 71 percent identified themselves as neither Democrats nor Republicans. (Those that identified themselves as Republicans were only eight percent!).

ballot-access blowack

For decades, the Republicans and the Democrats have perpetuated the myth of a so-called "two-party system" in America. There is nothing in the Constitution to support that myth! Both of the Big Two parties have conspired in state capitols across America to keep smaller parties off the ballots. In Tennessee, there is a specific law that the "minority party" in the state's House or Senate is defined as the party with the second greatest number of members! (Thus, even if the Constitution Party were to elect five members to each house, they would still not be the minority party — even though they would be in the minority!) It's time to break the logjam. The only way to stop the shenanigans is to make sure that the next president is neither a Democrat nor a Republican. Stop letting the foxes guard the henhouse! (An event called the "Tennessee Tea Party" is in the planning stages. Instead of throwing tea into Boston Harbor, we want citizens to throw their cut-up Democratic and Republican membership cards into a barrel. And, then, throw some Constitution Party contributions into another barrel.)

We can start with one man.

I'm sure that Democrats, Constitutionists, Libertarians, and even the remaining true conservative Republicans would agree that we should seal the borders for one day, and not let President Bush back into the country if he continues his plan to participate in the SPP summit in Canada. And, even if we let him back in to get his belongings and his family, he should not be allowed to sit in the Oval Office ever again. If he complains that such a reaction is too harsh, then he should read the Constitution, which prescribes the punishment for treason as death.

NOTE: In the interests of full disclosure, the author has been the state PR coordinator for the Constitution Party of Tennessee for several years. He was also, until recently, the director of operations for the National Veterans Coalition, an outreach arm of the national Constitution Party. The NVC is encouraging Dr. Jerome Corsi to run for president. Dr. Corsi is considering it.
