Lawrence Weinstein column
Lawrence Weinstein is an attorney with a private law firm, located outside of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, where he specializes in disability law. Lawrence serves as a lecturer for Continuing Legal Education programs, including most recently at the national convention for the National Organization of Social Security Claimant's Representatives. Prior to joining his current law firm, he worked for both the Philadelphia and Bucks County District Attorneys Offices and the Social Security Administration. In 2000, Lawrence was appointed to the Board of Auditors for Northampton Township, Pennsylvania. Lawrence was elected to a two-year term in 2001 and then re-elected to a six-year term in 2003. Since 2002, Lawrence has acted as the campaign manager for a suburban Philadelphia member of the Pennsylvania House of Representatives.
