How stupid are Americans? Apparently, in the minds of five communistic judges on the Supreme Court of the United States (Stevens, Bader Ginsburg, Breyer, Kennedy and Souter), Americans are stupid enough to allow the destruction of the last clause of the 5th Amendment, thereby killing your right and my right to own private property.
Fellow Americans, for a moment, let's review this clause in 5th Amendment in the Bill of Rights of the US Constitution.
Amendment V
"nor shall private property be taken for public use, without just compensation."
What did five anti-Constitution, rampant, bald-faced, devout communism-worshipping, Supreme Court jesters do yesterday? They legalized theft of private property by local governments.
If Boss Hogg is pained by his 'rhoids today and decides to take your land to relieve his itching & burning — well, "judges/justices" Stevens, Bader Ginsburg, Breyer, Kennedy and Souter legalized Boss Hogg's "right" to steal your land.
It is COMMUNISM when government corruptly steals private land from private landowners. Five ghoulishly elite supremacists who tragically and now terroristically rule from the US Supreme Court just made it legal to suck your lifeblood in the form of private landownership.
Sorry for repeating myself — but this must sink in. Understand that five communists killed the 5th Amendment's last clause.
When your township's Boss Hogg wants to give your land to WalMart, Home Depot, a parking lot builder, mall or office park developer . . . that's it! Poof! Kiss your land goodbye!
BANG, BANG — the Supreme Court's gavel slams down! No more security in owning private property. This is the nightmare crushing home owners in New London, Connecticut. City government told (dictated to) private home owners that their homes will be destroyed to make way for an office complex, riverfront hotel and health club.
These are American citizens who could claim protection of their private property under Rights in the 5th Amendment. Until yesterday. Then five federal black-robed, communist thugs killed their 5th Amendment protection.
"Justice" Stevens, writing for the theft of private property, cited in the communists' ruling:
"The city has carefully formulated an economic development that it believes will provide appreciable benefits to the community, including — but by no means limited to — new jobs and increased tax revenue."
Translation:
City government gets more tax money if it steals your private property to give to someone who'll pay higher taxes for it. By the way, the city claims that there will be new jobs. If true, new jobs = more tax dollars in city government's pocket. So, since the city braintrust has targeted your private land for higher & greater use, tough luck. Beware of bulldozers.
Where is the justice in that? There is no justice for We The Victims/People.
This is TOTALLY OUT-OF-CONTROL CORRUPT GOVERNMENT. In the 1800s, these five communist "justices" would be shot.
They made it crystal clear that they have utter, total disregard for individual Rights of Americans. So, what use are they? Without any doubt, they are criminals in black robes — pure evil thugs mugged America. Stevens, Bader Ginsburg, Breyer, Kennedy and Souter destroyed the final clause in the 5th Amendment. They made law from the judges' bench.
Where is the righteous, lawful justification for destroying the private property protection clause of the 5th Amendment?
Five criminal, power-crazed supremacists wildly usurped the law of the land written in the US Constitution, Article 1, Section 7, paragraph 2, which defines the legislative process for lawmaking. Nowhere therein does it empower judges to make laws. It certainly doesn't say, "unless your names are Stevens, Bader Ginsburg, Breyer, Kennedy and Souter."
So, exactly how stupid, how sheepish are Americans? Are we sheeple? Or, as were our noble, honorable Founders, are we the "We the People of the United States of America, in Order to form a more perfect Union, establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defence, promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity, do ordain and establish this CONSTITUTION for the United States of America"?
Beware! Federal government is rife with criminals whose sole mission is to destroy We The People's Constitution.
