"Amnesty" AGAIN!!! -- federal Senate's anti-US syndicate sneak attacks Americans

The US senate is again trying to commit treason and betray We The Victims. Amnesty for invaders is BAAAaaack! Courtesy of majority whip Dick Durbin — IL, God-less demonrat.

Remember the senate's huge push in June to ram "amnesty" down the throats of US tax slaves? Sure you do. Jorge Busho (that's Español for George Bush), America's 1st Latino/Mexican el presidente, twisted senators' arms so they'd force the diabolical el busho non-amnesty "Amnesty" scheme on We The People.

King Jorge swore: "It's NOT 'amnesty' but a 'guest worker' path to citizenship." Meanwhile, busho has done and will never do anything to secure US borders. Truly, el busho facilitates the invasion and hostile occupation of America by such gross dereliction of sworn solemn-oath duty. Nonetheless . . .

In June, We The American Victims defeated our elected organized crime syndicate, pardon me, "senate." "Syndicate" and "senate" are so similar. It's confusing. Anyhow, its mafia dons & donettes tried forcing Middle Class America to swallow and choke on Jorge Busho's "guest worker" amnesty scheme. We lit up their telephone switchboards until the system overloaded and crashed. Amnesty stentor Kennedy — MA, God-less demonrat, allegedly exploded into a binge of fits that We The People railed against his treason. We swamped them with faxes and ran them out of toner, ink and fax paper. We flooded e-mail In-Boxes. We The People (also known as criminal godvernment's targeted victims) very strongly and clearly told the federal mafia senate, "NO AMNESTY! WE REJECT AMNESTY, no matter what you call it."

They got our message. They ceased and desisted. Temporarily.

The DREAM of THIEVES in the NIGHT

Now, like the thieves in the night they are, this time senators try to sneak Amnesty past We The Victims.

Don't criminals always return to the scene of the crime? Serial rapist senators are back to screw us again.

Durbin's scheme is to piggyback DREAM onto the Defense Spending bill for 2008. This effectively hides the latest "amnesty" scheme from plain view. Durbin and 25 "amnesty" co-sponsoring senators reckon that piggybacking is one way to sneak amnesty past John and Jane Q. Public — bury it in National Defense legislation that senators must approve. Why, how devious! Commit crimes by sneaking a horrible "law" past your Middle Class American victims. Operate in the shadows as organized crime does. How mafia-like. How senator-like! Is there a difference?

These insolent, arrogant, haughty thugs, nearly 50 in all — though they be elected senators — scornfully disdain the collective will of America's working, tax-enslaved Middle Class ~ the backbone, heart and soul of our nation; 150-200 million citizens with patriotic allegiance to the USA who strongly oppose "amnesty" no matter what PC (Politically Correct) gift-wrapped disguise political-hack liars name it today.

All stentors* co-conspiring with Durbin to approve the DREAM — Report to the Thrashing Room NOW. We The People shall start beating you any minute. Beatings shall continue until you obey We The People. Can a stentorian* senator almost silently commit a coup of successful treason? "Yes!" Dick Durbin thinks so.

Both definitions make obnoxious political hacks pop into my mind.

NOE-COMMS' PARTY LINE

Political hacks and el presidente, Jorge Busho, bestow dignified PC titles on invaders clamoring for "amnesty." They call invaders "guest workers" and "undocumented migrants" — laborers all necessary, by the way, because they're in the USA to do the jobs Americans won't do!

That's the neo-con Party Line. All neo-cons are sticking to that lie. By the way, "neo-con" is a code name for Marxist neo-Communists. Their talking head drones in elitist-owned mass propaganda networks — you know, the "alphabet" media — dutifully repeat the neo-comm Party Line. Ad nauseam.

We the American Victims are numb from it all.

We're numb from hearing the neo-comm Party Line. "[Invaders] do jobs Americans won't do."

We're numb from exhausting so much energy to defeat traitorous senators who champion amnesty.

We're numb from sending money to grassroots saviors who — on our behalf — fight treasonous senators.

We're numb from devoting lots of personal time to battle against our so-called "public servant" senators.

We're numb and blue in the face from trying to talk sense into stentorian pigheads and their hired staffs.

We're numb from constant betrayals of We The Victims by above-the-law anti-American senators.

We're numb from all the resources we devote to stay abreast of godvernment's organized crimes.

YOU SNOOZE, YOU LOSE

Guess what? They rely on making us numb. They make We The Victims too sick and tired to watchdog the criminal US godvernment and try to stop it from destroying our nation. "Organized crime racketeers" they truly are. By design, they grind us down to sap our strength and vitality. They want We The Victims to sleep as they sellout America to slave-wage employers who pay the workers among of tens of millions of amnesty-craving invaders.

Senators swear a solemn oath to uphold the Constitution (it includes our Bill of Rights). But, they sell their souls and our nation to their private-interest and elitist owners. Do they really serve We The People? If so, then why do they continue bludgeoning the Middle-American Majority about Amnesty for hostile invaders?

They blatantly disregard and repeatedly pooh-pooh the collective will of the majority of Americans.

This mafia-like syndicate senate schemes & wheedles, endlessly plots & finagles to make Amnesty happen for anywhere from "8 to 12 million undocumented guest workers." "Uh, pardon us a moment . . . revised estimates indicate there may be as many as '12 to 20 million migrant laborers.' What's that? Oh, the latest news reports say '20 million, plus'" invaders now reside in the USA.

Before real-American patriots joined together to form the Minuteman Civil Defense Corps to help the US Border Patrol watch US borders, patriotic agents patrolling US borders were cited in newspaper and radio interviews that they were so overwhelmed by the tsunami of nightly invaders that some outposts could catch and apprehend only 10%. As many as 90% illegally entered the USA. Doing the math and adjusting calculations for changing factors, real numbers could be 36 million invaders now illegally live in the USA.

BALKANIZATION of the USA and RECONQUISTA of ATZLAN

Most of those we see on propaganda TV are the militant fascists who want to Balkanize the USA. "No way, Jose!" do they intend to fit into our society and culture. Thus, they are hostile to the American way of life. Their goal is to occupy and re-conquer the USA. They call it "Atzlan." From the PC liar side of their mouths the champions of Atzlan and "the Reconquista of America" claim they are PC. But, from the honest and real side of their mouths their bad attitude is "It's OK for us to be racist fascists! But not you! You evil, genocidal, xenophobe whiteys!" Atzlan champions include "la Raza" (it means "the Race"), LULAC — League of United Latin American Citizens, MALDEF — Mexican-American Legal Defense and Education Fund, MEChA — the Chicano Student Movement of Atzlan, and others. All these organizations are hyphenated Americans and/or overtly racist against white Americans.

Durbin and the obviously anti-American gang of traitorous senators want to give away our nation to law-breaking fascist racists that routinely use thuggish physical intimidation against patriotic Americans who promote "the American way of life." Another oft-used weapon is PC name calling in mass propaganda. Almost daily, they play "the race card" against Middle Americans and threaten economic blackmail to try to force us to embrace their Reconquista and compel us to live life their way.

Mexico wallows in anarchy and corruption. Mercenary factions in its federal army fight and kill people according to who pays them today. They don't care if they're paid by drug cartels or government. Local police are often bought and brought into organized crime. Honest and incorruptible public servants in law enforcement are executed and slaughtered. Mexico's ruling caste likes it so much, they export it en masse to the USA. Mexico's poverty-stricken people hate such tyranny so much they flee to the USA to escape.

This lawlessness, this gore, violence, death, destruction and anarchy has spilled over into the USA. Invaders from south of the border import it here. Their bloodthirsty thrill-kill gangs assassinate US police for sport as a right of passage for promotion inside the gang. Mainstream mass propaganda never tells us this news. Yearly, invaders kill more Americans by drunk driving and cold-blooded murder than we lose in war zones where our military fights. They gang rape our women and girls, often by breaking into homes. Sometimes they execute the family to "leave no witnesses." They steal vehicles in record numbers every year. They drive without insurance, cause more accidents and flee the scene (that means "hit and run") like America never saw before. Thus, they cause our car insurance cost to skyrocket because we must pay for their malignant carelessness and wanton destruction of life and property.

Frankly, We The Victimized American People are too gracious and overly patient hosts. We tolerate crap from unappreciative "guests" who invade, break our laws, overrun and hostilely occupy our cities, instead of obeying our laws, adapting to our culture, fitting into our society, and becoming part of our nation.

PEDDLING IMPORTED THUGGERY

And now, Durbin and fellow plunderers and pillagers in the syndicate senate scheme to reward their lesser evolved "violent thug" criminal brethren. Big Brother "white collar criminals" coddle less privileged thugs.

Almost 2000 years ago a saying sprang up: "When in Rome, do as the Romans do." That was true until Rome fell from within due to political criminality and corruption, moral decay and culture rot. America now suffers these fatal illnesses. The Roman Empire last breathed as barbarians occupied and took over dying remains. Its epitaph could be: Occupied & assimilated by "guest" conquerors. RIP. America's so-called "leaders" herd We The Sheeple down the same path for destruction and death of our once-great nation.

We The American People do NOT welcome anarchy and corruption from south-of-the-border invaders. But, tragically, our stentorian senators criminally and treasonously do welcome it. In fact, they keep legislating and losing, repackaging and re-legislating it. These out-of-touch effete elitists never stop trying to stick it to Middle Class America — another crime we don't welcome, and actively reject time and again. We The Victims don't need more criminal gangs ruining and running the USA. We already have too much with the federal mafia criminal godvernment ~ much more organized crime than Americans ever meant to pay for.

Dick Durbin's sneaky DREAM amnesty scheme is a national suicide pill. Durbin and cronies may have tried to slightly sugar coat it. But, here are its faults. Here is why this junta of senate insurrectionists plots evil.

To QUALIFY for DREAM

The DREAM Act of 2007 encourages and enables possibly tens of millions of lawbreakers (by definition, if you're an invader then you broke US law) to swear to and affirm that they:

• illegally lived in the USA for a minimum of 5 years in a row (see Section 4(a)(1)(A) clause 1);
  
  
• illegally entered the USA before reaching the age of 16 years old (Sec. 4(a)(1)(A) clause 2);
  
  
• graduated from a US high school, or got a G.E.D. while living here illegally (Sec. 4(a)(1)(D)); and
  
  
• have "good moral character" (Sec. 4(a)(1)(B)).
  
  

Who in criminal godvernment is truly capable of judging good morality? Do they even know what it is?

Is any of this a problem? It is if invaders who already broke US laws do any, "You lie, I'll swear to it" stuff. Even if they were youngsters who didn't understand what was happening when adult invaders (parents, guardians, whoever) illegally entered the USA, these children — and some are now adults — grew up surrounded by people who lied perpetually to stay in the USA. To at least a minimal extent, they're products of their upbringings. Such as many US teens and young adults today learned to be liars from one of the biggest and worst liars in human history ~ cretin Bill Clinton.

Invaders can be disqualified from getting Amnesty per Section 4(a)(1)(C) and 4(a)(1)(E).

DREAM LOOPHOLES and WAIVERS

However, the very next clause opens a big loophole for "waivers" granted by the Secretary of Homeland [In]Security for humanitarian purposes, family unity (read: "anchor kids"), and/or other reasons in the public interest. Presto-change-o, with a wave of the magic wand, and "abracadabra" ~ you're waived. This wording opens doors for very wide interpretations. Besides truly legitimate reasons to stay in the USA, this loophole recognizes, promotes and empowers almost any flimsy excuse invaders conjure up to be blessed as their reasons to stay in the USA. Bad experiences with criminal godvernment erect big red flags and set off alarms on Sec. 4(a)(2).

In plain English, invaders qualify by filling in applications to make sure Amnesty happens under Section 4 (the DREAM Act does not call it Amnesty). Section 5 grants Conditional Permanent Residence for 6 years. See Section 5(a)(1) last clause.

Clauses in Section 5(d)(1)(D)(i) and (ii) say that during those 6 years the Conditional Permanent Resident must complete two years of college toward a Bachelors degree, or serve two years in the US military. Proof of college must be provided.

So, of course, there are a couple more loopholes. Section 5(d)(2)(A) allows the Secretary of Homeland [In]Security to promote someone from "Conditional" status. There's that magic wand again. DREAM words don't call it a "waiver," but it is. Section 5(d)(2)(B) is for "extensions" if a Conditional Permanent Resident is on their way to a Bachelors degree or completing military service.

MONEY for COLLEGE

Here is the big ruckus about the Bachelors degree situation. Born-in-the-USA Americans must pay much higher out-of-state tuition rates for going to colleges outside of the state where they live with their family. Out-of-state rates can be double and triple rates compared to students who go to college in the state where they live.

DREAM lets invaders pay normal in-state college tuition rates. They are rewarded for their lawbreaker origins. Quite rightly, Americans protest that this is unfair. But, here is DREAM's insult atop the injury. Invaders can apply for, qualify and get student loans and federal work-study programs to pay for college. (see Section 11)

This is a zero sum game. There is limited money in that pot. Giving that money to an invader or child of an invader means that an American citizen does not get that money, which is often taxpayer funded. Also, because of cunning phrasing, it's possible for students to be much older than in their early 20s. Loophole!

The DREAM Act is not so long or difficult to read yourself. If you do, be sure to read between the lines where wording has possible double entendres, is ambiguous and/or "weasel-worded." Here is the URL.

Political hacks will argue that DREAM brings invaders into mainstream America. In fact, some want to be legally part of our mainstream. Also in fact, many don't. They know how to game our system. They're experts. They know if they win or lose by entering the mainstream or not. If they calculate they'll lose, they'll continue life "off the reservation" or, as the IRS says, "off the grid." So, DREAM is, at best, a potential marginal success. For sure it is a gross betrayal of truly patriotic Americans who are enslaved taxpayers working their butts off as part of the US Middle Class.

CALCULATED BETRAYAL

DREAM must be killed in its present ethereal state. But there is a problem. Durbin already floated DREAM past co-conspiring traitors in the federal mafia senate. This happened in March 2007. The committee likes it. Most likely, DREAM will not be in committee again. It will go to the main senate floor for a fast vote. That means We The Victims will have no time to stop Amnesty this time.

The "pre-approved" DREAM was obviously the senate syndicate's "Plan B" if the full-blown Amnesty Bill got shot down. It did. We The People shot it down in June. Now the Durbin gang is trying to sneak DREAM "amnesty" past us.

Besides the 25 co-conspirators/sponsors who already signed on, Capitol Hill watchdogs predict Durbin has about 20 more traitors hiding in the senate cloakroom where stentors secretly make dirty deals that screw you and me, We The Victims.

Let's do the math. 25 + 20 = 45 stentorian senators set to betray the USA. You need 51 votes in the federal senate to pass a bill. 51–45 = 6. Durbin probably already knows which 6 stentors will betray We The Victims. If Durbin doesn't know, el presidente Jorge Busho does — and will quietly deliver votes 46-51 on a taxpayer-bought silver platter. These criminals are organized. They're not stupid. They want to pass Amnesty by hiding it in the shadows. They learned their lessons in June about speaking too much truth.

CALLING TRUE AMERICAN PATRIOTS to ACTION

That's why it's absolutely necessary to take these thugs to the Thrashing Room. They need pounded. Frankly, they need put in the hospital. In the early years of America, these criminals would be quickly tried for treason, proven justifiably guilty, and hanged or shot by a firing squad. America needs such justice now.

Until then, what can you do? Call the traitors. Write them. Meet them. Fax them. E-mail them. Crash their phone systems. Overstress their staff people. Tell them you're damn fed up with their $#!+ and ongoing betrayals. Make it crystal clear that you will watch them under a microscope to see if they betray you, or uphold existing righteous US immigration laws. And you will praise or condemn them accordingly.

A note of cautious prudence: although We The People could review the list of federal senators and find proof that most are little more than primping, posturing, prima-dona prostitutes, a handful of senators are pro-American. These patriots oppose DREAM. Be nice to them. Encourage them to join We The People in thwarting traitors about to commit treason in the senate.

Let's all say it together . . . 1, 2, 3 . . . NO MORE AMNESTY.
