On Friday, February 15th, Pro-Constitution patriots in the House of Representatives (HoRs) let the PROTECT America Act (PAA) expire. The PAA, approved by the syndicate/senate only a day earlier, murders Rights guaranteed in the Fourth Amendment. Specifically, it kills the Right to feel safe and secure in your personal effects; such as conversations.
Before the PAA expired, el presidente jorge busho, America's Spy King, had authority by "law" (lawlessly unjust as it was) to wiretap and eavesdrop on phone calls of American citizens. El busho's legacy is set in concrete. It: 1) refuses to secure the USA's borders, 2) facilitates the issuance of 20,000-25,000 terrorist/"student" visas to arabic nations who export droves of terrorists into the US, and 3) sells out the USA's national sovereignty to global elitist puppetmasters who criminally scheme to merge the USA with socialist Canada and totally corrupt, criminal mexico.
Spy King el busho decried patriotic HoRs for letting the PAA expire, saying, "This makes it harder to protect Americans." How? By not being able to spy on We The Victimized People?
Wait a minute, Spy King. Patriotic Americans are the good guys! At least, we're supposed to be. So, why must you spy on us? It sounds like we must spy on you. Obviously, based on mountains of proof, the Spy King can NOT be trusted. It has deliberately failed and still fails regarding border enforcement, terrorist visas, and selling out national sovereignty.
Another evil intent of PAA was to grant blanket immunity to telecommunications companies that were forced to be the Spy King's partners in crime. "Ma Bell" and Big Brother conspired together to spy on Americans. Phone companies said that godvernment criminally intimidated and forced them to spy on We The People. Meanwhile, bully-ish Big Brother publicly applauds the "patriotic" phone companies who promptly cooperated with spy requests coerced by threats.
Phone companies want retroactive blanket amnesty from being accused of spying against the law. Arguably invading the privacy of phone customers is a criminal breech of the Fourth Amendment and the privacy understood to exist between contractual customer-supplier partnerships. Litigation against phone companies is working its way through the judicial process because they helped el busho's spies in the NSA (National Security Agency) and other godvernment bureaucrats committing spy crimes against We The American Victims.
To try protecting the phone companies the syndicate/senate slipped a "substitution" scheme into the PAA. "Substitution" gives blanket immunity (from law suits) to the phone companies for all the spying they already did. Spy King el busho confessed that godvernment was [criminally] spying. Unfinished business is making the guilty party or parties pay for spy crimes they committed. "Substitution" swaps out the phone companies by replacing them with the federal godvernment. This potentially complicates law suits seeking Justice; in-fact, "substitution" effectively blocks justice because suing criminal federal godvernment is waaaay more difficult than merely suing above-the-law telephone monopoly oligarchs.
