Abortion: Hillary / Obama move left of left
By Grant Swank

In that, they are not in touch with grassroots America. America, by and large, does not like killing womb babies.

In the tussle, Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama have pushed one another further and further to the left. That means they have moved further and further away from real America.

Per Ramesh Ponnuru of AP: "Abortion may present problems. Clinton has put a lot of work into moderating her image on abortion, saying that abortions are a 'tragedy' and that she wants to see fewer of them.

"While trying to appeal to liberal primary voters, though, she tried to get to Obama's left.

"As a state senator, Obama had voted 'present' on a bill that gave legal protections to neonates who survive abortions. She said he should have voted no. He said his vote was part of a strategy worked out by the bill's opponents.

"Opposition to this type of pro-life legislation is, however, well to the left of public opinion.

"After all, similar federal legislation passed the Senate unanimously. Clinton had the political sense to vote yes. But back then she was positioning herself for a general election, not a tough primary campaign."

Note that Hillary calls abortion a "tragedy." However, when the Supreme Court banned partial-birth abortions, she immediately responded with a resounding "horrific" as her negative to the Court's decision. Barack parroted the same the same day.

So they both lie.

Hillary contends she can provide for America's families. Obama promises to united us all together under the Republic's roof. Yet they both cut through families, not to speak of morality, by supporting slaying the defenseless babies in females' bodies.

In their back-and-forth, they yank one another more and more left off the American opinion charts regarding abortion. Let it happen.

The Republican candidates have remained firm in their allegiance to biblical ethics by staying true to pro-life.
