Farewell America
By Johnny D. Symon

There are two Muhammad Ali's that hold a special place in my heart. The first was undoubtedly the founding father of modern Egypt, a man of great insight and a near miracle worker, though his work and vision, even his very person is relatively unknown in the West. The second guy with the same name however, is someone most everyone in the Western world knows very well because his work and vision became a reality in the world of boxing; "Float like a butterfly. Sting like a bee!" was his catch-phrase, and throughout his sporting career he lived up to those words.

Some people, even those we've never met, have a tendency to ingrain themselves into our gray matter and they never leave. Everywhere you go they go too, it's something I've given up trying to understand. Some people happen to make their mark on the surface of your soul, and that's it. But I realized a couple of days back that my life had gradually become yet another example of "Float like a butterfly. Sting like a bee!" for over the years, through thick and thin and this and that, I had become an ignis fatuus, a will-o'-the-wasp. Will-o'-the-bee would have been closer to the point, but didn't quite fit, but either way would sum up my existence. I live in close proximity to humanity but I don't feel part of it, and on those rare occasions when one member of humanity or another tries to drag me into the fold they feel the pain of my very own sting in the tail.

I don't believe in the brotherhood of man, but I do believe in the kindred spirit. Both persons mentioned above with the same name I regard as kindred spirits because they recognized their own particular place in the scheme of things, then sought out the tools their Maker had provided to perform their life's duties.

I caught the tail end of a conversation on TV last week between a musician and a reporter, I didn't catch his name but he ended the conversation like this; "I was born with two things against me. I was black and poor!" And make no mistake, this combination of circumstances can be a real problem for their owner. But somehow or another many of us get to grips with our own handicaps and move on and up to something higher, I guess that's what life's all about; Work in every respect.

Several times over the past few months I've come across folks who stand outside of supermarkets begging, and had they been in some way disabled, or very old, things would have been different, but those particular people were all in their twenties, as were the folks inside the stores who were hard at work. I asked one of them why they didn't go inside and ask for a job, but all I got in reply was a shrug of the shoulders.

I guess my life as some kind of will-o'-the-wasp is becoming more understandable by the minute, because I don't feel a part of all this. My lifestyle is traditional and simple. I'm honest and hard working and have never lived on easy street. While I learned to understand the world, the world fails to understand people like myself, so therefore I reckon it more than understandable that I maintain some distance between myself and others. I believe that our modern world has become crafted into an orb shaped lying machine. Lies and deceit.

Shortly after the March 11th trial in Spain, where some Islamic terrorists received over 43,000 years apiece, I spoke to a Spanish friend and he believed that justice had been seen to be done. "Okay," he said, "they didn't receive the death penalty, but 43,000 years means they'll never get out alive." I replied by saying, "43,000 years looks good on paper, until you realize that your very own government have already modified the penal code to ensure that no prisoner in a Spanish jail can stay locked up for more than 30 years. Furthermore, they also modified the code on parole to ensure that most prisoners will be walking the streets in half that time! And a multiple rapist was released from prison several months ago having served only 15 years of his 311-year sentence imposed on him in a Barcelona court room."

And the moral of the story is this. Whatever is dished out as a sentence in a Spanish court room is simply a smoke screen, whether it's 43,000 years for Islamic terrorists who murdered more than 190 people on March 11, 2004, in Madrid, or ETA terrorists who recently received several thousand years, it's all a sham. The world is just one big orb of lies and subterfuge.

The Bible promises,

He shall cover thee with his feathers,
and under his wings shalt thou trust:
his truth shall be thy shield and buckler.
Thou shalt not be afraid for the terror by night;
nor for the arrow that flieth by day;
Nor for the pestilence that walketh in darkness;
nor for the destruction that wasteth at noonday.
— Psalm 91:4-6

and yet, despite the above promises, our leaders fear that Iran could start a Third World War and other such nonsense. For those with genuine faith fear nothing. Only those who pertain to have faith, yet still shake with fear, are deceived, or maybe they're deceiving themselves by believing that they believe! And therefore we're deceiving ourselves through trusting them.

Let's consider 9/11 as if it had occurred in a parallel world, and a parallel America that is indeed overseen by God. It's currency would be backed by gold, as it used to be in our America. Therefore when 9/11 struck in both Americas the result would be both opposites. Our America would see a further sharp decline in the dollar's value and it's spending power since 1913, whereas in the alternate America, dollar holders became wildly rich; gold is now over the 800 dollar mark, it's risen along with the price of crude. Alternate America holds the key to fight acts of terrorism, because each atrocity leads to America's enrichment! But that's not how to build and control Satan's America.

Evil is directed against the good and serves its own. The global warming lies, climate change, the evils of industry that we're all told is the cause of it. Gun ownership could soon be a thing of the past, and I predict another thing to shortly be a thing of the past, and that's the dollar itself. This could be as soon as 2011, it's replacement will most likely be called the "Amero." Both Mexico and Canada will share this currency, others shall adopt it in the course of time. Needless to say, this currency will share the same fate as the dollar, because it too shall not be backed by gold or silver.

I recommend that we all take a careful look at both graphs on this ed, then ask ourselves, "Where exactly are we being taken?" or maybe the question should be, "When exactly were we taken in?"

"Farewell America. You'll be sorely missed." Johnny D
