Ralph Northam (D.) commented Wednesday about a controversial 40-week abortion bill and in so doing said the law allows an abortion to take place after the infant's birth. "If a mother is in labor, I can tell you exactly what would happen. The infant would be delivered. The infant would be kept comfortable.
