YOUTUBE — Justice Department Inspector General Michael Horowitz testified before the Senate Judiciary Committee Wednesday and explained his lengthy report into irregularities by the FBI as it obtained FISA approval to spy on the 2016 Trump campaign. In cross-examination, Sen. Mike Lee, at 3:22:30 of the video, summed up the IG's report as "a scathing indictment of the FBI, of the agents that were involved" in the agency's FISA abuse.
