WORLDNETDAILY — We all get associated with the animal we deserve, I suppose. President Teddy Roosevelt, an avid hunter, lent his name to the teddy bear when he refused to shoot a tied-up ursine. According to the National Park Service, Roosevelt's hosts during a hunting expedition to Mississippi tied the bear up because Teddy hadn't located a single bear during the expedition. Roosevelt, however, viewed it as unsporting, forever lending his name to a stuffed toy named in honor of the gallant gesture.... (more)

NEW YORK POST — Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky on Wednesday night slammed Russia's bombing of multiple hospitals as a war crime and shamed the West in a renewed call for assistance as the Russian invasion rages on. "Today, we must be united in condemning this war crime of Russia, which reflects all the evil that the invaders brought to our land," Zelensky said in his nightly address, referring in part to the airstrike of a maternity hospital in the besieged city of Mariupol.... PETER LEMISKA — Before the ruthless and devastating invasion of Ukraine, hardly anyone in America knew the name "Zelensky." Volodymyr Zelensky had spent most of his adult life as an actor/comedian in Ukraine, but became associated with a new political party called Servant of the People, in early 2018. Many Americans snickered when this unknown former comedian was elected to the Ukrainian presidency in 2019. That election was quickly forgotten, though. Back then, Americans were intensely focused on another contest between an unconventional president and a career politician. But today, the whole world knows the name Zelensky. His defiance in the face of an unprovoked, devastating invasion by a vastly superior force has shown him to be a leader of historic proportion, deeply respected – loved by his countrymen.... (more)

THE NEW STATESMAN — Vladimir Putin is fighting an enemy that does not exist. He has invaded Ukraine and taken his country to war on an entirely fictional premise. In an address to Russian citizens from the Kremlin on 24 February, he claimed the government in Kyiv had been seized by "extreme nationalists and neo-Nazis" and that he had sent in the Russian military to save innocent civilians from "genocide" and force the "denazification" of Ukraine.... WASHINGTON POST — As Russian forces closed in on Ukraine, Fox News host Tucker Carlson on Tuesday downplayed the conflict that was about to explode half a world away. The host of the network's top-rated show, "Tucker Carlson Tonight," called the situation between the two nations "a border dispute." He asked his viewers to question why they should hate Russian President Vladimir Putin. A day later, as a guest on another Fox News show, "The Ingraham Angle," he echoed a Kremlin talking point about Ukraine being a puppet of the West, saying that Ukraine wasn't a democracy but was "essentially managed by the [U.S.] State Department." Hours later, Russia invaded Ukraine in the largest military ground conflict in Europe since World War II.... (more)

WORLD NET DAILY — CDC Director Dr. Rochelle Walensky's admissions regarding her agency's COVID-19 response are welcome -- affirming the concerns of many censored and maligned health scientists over the past two years -- but they are not enough, said Dr. Robert Malone in a video interview Friday with WND. "I'm to the point now where I have no faith in these kinds of words. I want to be shown the information," said Malone, the key inventor of the mRNA technology platform that later was used in the Pfizer-BioNTech and Moderna vaccines. "I think it's now time to show us the data. That is the only thing that matters now."... (more)

NOT.TV — "This is a bombshell," said Children's Health Defense (CHD) president and general counsel Mary Holland. "At least now we know why the FDA and Pfizer wanted to keep this data under wraps for 75 years. These findings should put an immediate end to the Pfizer COVID vaccines. The potential for serious harm is very clear, and those injured by the vaccines are prohibited from suing Pfizer for damages." The Court ordered Pfizer to release 55,000 documents per month starting March 1. Among the first set of documents is a 38-page report that includes 9 pages of adverse events highlighted as Appendix 1.... (more)

FOX NEWS — Ukrainian defense forces killed Russian Maj. Gen. Andrei Sukhovetsky in combat earlier this week, according to Ukrainian officials and Russian media. The circumstances of the 47-year-old's death were not immediately clear, but the Kremlin-backed Pravda said he was killed "during a special operation in Ukraine." According to Russia's state-owned TASS news agency, Russian President Vladimir Putin appointed Sukhovetsky deputy commander of the 41st Combined Arms Army of the Central Military District last year. DAILY WIRE — President Joe Biden made a gaffe during his State of the Union speech on Tuesday night, calling the Ukrainian people "Iranian" as he talked about Russia's invasion into the country. "To our fellow Ukrainian Americans who forge a deep bond that connects our two nations, we stand with you," Biden said. "Putin may circle Kyiv with tanks, but he will never gain the hearts and souls of the Iranian people. He will never extinguish their love of freedom. He will never weaken the resolve of the free world. "... (more)
