Huff-Po slams Chaplain Gordon Klingenschmitt -- the Bible says he's right on target

Huffington Post, the left wings leading online rag, has slammed Former Navy Chaplain Gordon Klingenschmitt of the 'Pray In Jesus Name' website for saying that, "Lust is not love, and whatever they're doing behind closed doors is not love in the homosexual community. It is lawlessness."

Making light of Klingenschmitt's views which are solidly based on the Bible would seem standard fare for Huff which is loaded with articles and features on their 'Gay Voices' section. Some of the titles are:
'Raven-Symone Fans Tweet 'Childhood Ruined' After Star Comes Out'

'Matthew Moore, Gay California Man, Gets 'Homosexual Behavior' Diagnosis from Local Doctor'

'Russian Ambassador Vitaly Churkin Confronted Over Anti-Gay Law by Activists in New York'
The LGBT is a relatively new organization that with the help of mindless modern adherence to everything shiny, nascent and pop culture endorsed, has decided who is in, and who is out, based on their particular view of homosexuality. The cover-all catchword for all who disagree is of course the label, 'homophobic.' It is a term that is long overdue for retirement and has been overworked mis-used and has become the shut your mouth PC club that the left and the Godless use as a first and last resort to silence their opponents in any discourse.

The second most popular attack phrase is to label those who see homosexuality as perversity is the term 'hater.' If you're labeled a hater, all discourse has ended, even if you haven't a shred of hatred in your entire body and mind. All the terms used by the politically correct crowd are ersatz at the least and hidden agenda assault tools to silence those who are not swept up in the day's latest allowance for perversion and sleaze. They are phony.

Huff's treatment of the former chaplain is based partly on arrogance, considering the source, but it is in large part based on ignorance of true biblical teachings. Klingenschmitt is true to the bible's moral teachings, but he is also correct in his assertion that it is a prophetic promise that in the last days every prurient practice man can conger will come to its height as men slip into a state of deep reprobation.

Speaking of prevailing conditions in the last days the Apostle Paul pronounced that men would collectively (worldwide) slip into the first stages of total judgment. That stage known as 'reprobation' means the ability to discern between good and evil is lost.

"And even as they did not like to retain God in their knowledge, God gave them over to a reprobate mind, to do those things which are not convenient." (Ro 1: 28)

The Chaplain's assertion that it is a demonic influence that is bringing on the great push for everything gay, is also prophetic, and is absolutely accurate. Biblical prophecy is not a conjectural mish-mush of superlatives waiting for men to speculate about, but it is pre-written history. It is what is coming down the pike whether we accept it or not.

The 'Arch Deceiver' (Satan) doesn't announce when he is about to enable someone with a devil to help their stand with evil, and no one in scripture reference or without has ever declared that they have a devil. Jesus clearly declared the folly of that absurdity when he said "And if Satan rise up against himself, and be divided, he cannot stand, but hath an end." (Mark 3: 26)

The problem is that un-belief doesn't make the biblical record un-true. Modern psychiatry, medical science or biological science has not proved that people are born gay, so why do they insist that demons could not be involved? Pop culture trends and full acceptance of a moral decline are proof of nothing. They only add to the biblically prophetic warning that in the last day's men will be lovers of themselves more than God.

"This know also, that in the last days perilous times shall come. For men shall be lovers of their own selves, covetous, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy, Without natural affection, trucebreakers, false accusers, incontinent, fierce, despisers of those that are good, Traitors, heady, highminded, lovers of pleasures more than lovers of God." (2Tim 3: 1-4)

Gordon Klingenschmitt hardly needs this writer to come to his defense because he is quoting the very instruction given to us by the Living God, but seeing that Huff-Po has chosen to cast him as a right wing religious extremist puts him in very good company, in fact while Huff sees him as a sap God sees him as the salt, to wit:

"Blessed are ye, when men shall revile you, and persecute you, and shall say all manner of evil against you falsely, for my sake. Rejoice, and be exceeding glad: for great is your reward in heaven: for so persecuted they the prophets which were before you. Ye are the salt of the earth: but if the salt have lost his savour, wherewith shall it be salted? it is thenceforth good for nothing, but to be cast out, and to be trodden under foot of men." (Mt 5: 11-13)

This writer knows full well what it means to be criticized by liberals and Godless sites. My titles have been fully scrutinized by Right Wing Watch for articles published on American Prophet and Renew America. Except for a few mis-quotes that website nearly quotes every word I wrote to which I can respond with a very sincere – thanks?

Paul said some unbelievers came behind him and preached the gospel to out of contention and to create strife. They were hoping to increase the constabularies' war against Paul and anyone else preaching the gospel. Paul, like me, reasoned that whether it was done through strife or with a good heart the result was that the gospel was still being preached, a definite win-win situation.

"Some indeed preach Christ even of envy and strife; and some also of good will: The one preach Christ of contention, not sincerely, supposing to add affliction to my bonds: But the other of love, knowing that I am set for the defence of the gospel. What then? notwithstanding, every way, whether in pretence, or in truth, Christ is preached; and I therein do rejoice, yea, and will rejoice." (Php 1: 15-18)

I would prefer not to be railed against, but if it must be thanks for the quotes and the furtherance of the gospel message. I can only repeat Paul's admonitions to the Hebrews, "Today, if you hear his voice, do not harden your hearts as in the rebellion." (Heb 3: 15 ESV)
