PC and pop morality setting the stage for reprobates to persecute the faithful

In June of 2018, The Supreme Court of the United States decided that the Colorado cake baker, Jack Phillips was well within his rights to refuse baking a cake for a homosexual couple based on his conscience and religious convictions.

But in wispy wobbly Colorado where pot is OK and inclinations to become gay are considered happy and normal, the state has decided to chase down Mr. Phillips for another round of state sponsored persecution.

Pop morality like pop culture transitions make nothing canon. But to a busy society fully trusting in its own intellectuality and savvy, the morality of the crowd will do, and it allows for the least resistance to what the Orwellian society of the day sees as progress.

Back when only one or two openly gay people held office, Gerry Studds of Massachusetts, and Rep. Barney Frank, the chance of any gay person becoming a representative or congressmen was almost zero. This was because the morality of the nation was not based on the pop-culture of the nation.

But why, was it because society considered gays some kind of second rate citizen? Was their sin too gross and unthinkable? In fact, there may have been a few that held this opinion, but for most people it was a matter of the flaw in both character and judgment that inhibited the citizenry from placing gays in office.

It is not just that proponents of political correctness think they can re-write history, but it is their refusal to accept history that creates their warped viewpoint of the progress of society.

When anyone refuse the seven clear passages of scriptural God given warnings about the sin of homosexuality it creates doubt about that person's ability to make clear judgments and distinctions on other matters as well.

Behind that is the clear example it creates for others who may be in doubt. If they can be gay and be officials or professionals then the stage is set – for the weak-minded at least.

But now in the advanced stages of this pop culture trend those who have fostered this kind of pop-morality have become those who are seeking to create laws and legislation to enforce the error they have nursed for so long in their view of progress.

The gay agenda goes from planning on to brutally twisted tyrannical laws and ordinances. It is as some say "the weaponization of political correctness." It is indeed progress, but it is only progress towards the end of society as we know it.

The final stage is reprobation.

The outcome of reprobation is judgment.

"And even as they did not like to retain God in their knowledge, God gave them over to a reprobate mind, to do those things which are not convenient." (Ro 1: 28)

Finally, when PC has fully matured and God given morality is totally replaced with the pop-morality of the day, the people will collectively join the great unwashed throng in full PC reprobation. The question is now erased and the crowd allows it all in the name of the great god of PC.

We may think it ends here, but in fact, the full end is a serious and worldwide change known as the interventional judgment of the living God.

No one is waiting for it in these last days – but no one will miss it.

"Because sentence against an evil work is not executed speedily, therefore the heart of the sons of men is fully set in them to do evil." (Ec 8: 11)
