In God we trust

"It is easier for a camel to go through the eye of a needle, than for a rich man to enter into the kingdom of God."

Moral and religious integrity constitutes more than just merely playing lip service to God. There are a multitude of moral issues that transcend the sanctity of marriage and life itself. The good book knows our heart and has uncovered our idols. Social conservatives, in particular, tend to gloss over the root of all that's evil.

How much of our future has been ransomed and ultimately sacrificed at the altar of materialism? These are things too grand to quantify, but blessed is the man that can resist the almighty dollar.

"Political parties exist to secure responsible government and to execute the will of the people. From these great tasks both of the old parties have turned aside. Instead of instruments to promote the general welfare they have become the tools of corrupt interests, which use them impartially to serve their selfish purposes. Behind the ostensible government sits enthroned an invisible government owing no allegiance and acknowledging no responsibility to the people. To destroy this invisible government, to dissolve the unholy alliance between corrupt business and corrupt politics, is the first task of the statesmanship of the day." -Teddy Roosevelt

Occupy America has been at least a century in the making and it's starting to bear some pretty vile and wretched fruit. Our underground occupiers have ensured we remain outside the established system. Until we recognize that we have no access or influence upon our own government, we will be perceived as powerless fools with no practical plan.

Will we ever cease casting stones at one another? The nevertrumpers must understand how he is the least of our problems. In fact, he's the only one that seems to actually be listening or telling it like it is. Our political system needs to be torn down before it can be built up again. If Trump can't rehab it, the days ahead will be long ones...
