D'Souza: "Obama's America; Unmaking the American Dream" by 2016?

"Theoretically there is nothing that could stop the government from taxing 100 percent of income so long as the people get benefits commensurate with their income which is taxed." — Barack Obama, Sr., "Problems Facing Our Socialism" (East Africa Journal, 1965)

WE REDNECKS ARE LEERY OF THE THEORY. The operative phrase above is "there is nothing that could stop the government" [once it has centralized enough power, put most people on government checks, and done away with checks and balances]. And the "benefits" will depend on "what is is" and how you define "commensurate." The government always gets the last WORD in, y'know. The nut doesn't fall very far from the coconut tree. "Dreams FROM My Father" y'know!

Dinesh D'Souza quotes a friend of Barak Hussein Obama, Sr., an economist, saying that Barack Sr. had a soft spot for Communism, regarding it as a modern version of the communalism of African tribes [and] "I did not believe Communism could save the world. I gave examples of what I had seen. Obama Sr. was the opposite. He was always glorying about how Communism had liberated Africa and Cuba. For him, Communism was going to save the world. Capitalism was going to collapse."

We now have a President who can help bring his father's prophecies to pass. Chapter 13 of the D'Souza book is entitled "DEBT AS A WEAPON OF MASS DESTRUCTION; OBAMA'S $20 TRILLION BOMB." Dinesh says:

"Thus far we have been examining various ways in which Obama has pursued his anti-colonial ideology by undermining and shrinking America's economic, political, and military influence. Still, America could, even in this shrunken state, dominate the world for a couple more decades. If Obama wants to change that, how can he do so in just four more years? Actually, there is a way. To do this Obama must go beyond promoting decline and work to create collapse . . .

"I call it debt as a weapon of mass destruction . . Through debt we become beholden to the rest of the world. [OUR] Debt will make them richer and us poorer; thus debt evens the scales."

In The Audacity of Hope, Oboma himself said that:

"This easy credit won't continue forever. At some point, foreigners will stop lending us money, interest rates will go up, and we will spend most of our nation's output paying them back." [page 188]

AND JOE BIDEN JUST KEEPS LAUGHIN' AND BIDIN' HIS TIME.

"TAIN'T FUNNY, McGEE."

MORE TO COME.

P.S.

Happy 87th birthday, Maggie Thatcher! She's the reason I wanted to post an article a little early this week. Maybe next week I'll post highlights from a speech she gave in the U.S. in the late 1990s.
