Expect another corrupt racist after Holder
By Larry Klayman

"Eric's father was an immigrant who served in the Army in World War II only to be refused service at lunch counters in the nation he defended. ... I chose him to serve as attorney general because he believes, as I do, that justice is not just an abstract theory; it's a living and breathing principle."

– President Barack Hussein Obama announcing voluntary resignation of Attorney General Eric Holder, Sept. 25, 2014

Yes, both President Barack Hussein Obama and his now-departing attorney general of the U.S. Justice Department, my alma mater when I served as a trial attorney in the Antitrust Division during the early years of the Reagan administration, believe that justice is an abstract principle. During the Obama presidency, Obama and Holder have perverted the rule of law to favor blacks over whites as payback for past discrimination and have covered up a myriad of phony scandals ranging from Fast and Furious, to IRS-gate, to Benghazi-gate, to Extortion 17-gate and other corrupt enterprises.

It is no wonder Obama chose Holder as his first attorney general. The "man" already had a track record for being a corrupt lackey of President Bill and first lady Hillary Clinton when, as deputy attorney general under a similar legal hack, then-attorney general Janet Reno, Holder deep-sixed the China-gate scandal (where the Clintons were taking bribes from Communist China), orchestrated the selling of pardons for dollars and helped indict anyone who had the goods on the Clintons. In this latter respect, he was instrumental in having indicted for alleged tax fraud Nolanda Hill, the mistress and main squeeze of Clinton Secretary of Commerce Ron Brown, when, after the death of Brown, she came to me to reveal the Clintons' illegal dealings with the Chinese and testified before federal Judge Royce C. Lamberth in a historic case I had filed at Judicial Watch, which sparked the China-gate scandal.

In the years that followed, I decided to run for the U.S. Senate in 2004 in my adopted home state of Florida. After my unsuccessful campaign – and it was a Godsend that I did not win, as my forte is fighting corruption from the outside – I entered private practice for a while and later started Freedom Watch. During this time period, I traveled infrequently to Washington, D.C. But during the years that I was full-time in this capital of deceit, I sometimes crossed paths with Eric Holder. Having little respect for him, I did not go to the effort to greet him.

However, at an after-party of the White House Correspondents Dinner in 2011, an event I decided to attend just to update my "Rolodex" of the new snakes then slithering around D.C., I encountered Holder on the patio of the French ambassador's residence, who was hosting the soiree. In a beautiful setting and on the crisp springtime evening, I was sipping the third of three screwdrivers and talking to Bill O'Reilly when I noticed Holder standing close to me behind my left shoulder. Lubricated with Kettle One and orange juice, I figured what the heck. Let's finally take the personal measure of the man. So I swiveled to my left, turned and held out my hand to him. "Eric, " I opened with a wry smile, "how have you been after all of these years." Responding with a wry smile, Holder responded, "Larry, nice to meet you finally. Have you come to serve me with a subpoena?" I laughed tersely, but the irony, not absurdity, of the retort took even cynical me by surprise.

Indeed, it struck me that for whatever flaws Holder possessed, he at least recognized for himself what he had become. For an attorney general of the United States to even joke about being served with a subpoena by me was shocking if not flattering given my crime-fighting career. But I was not taken in by Holder, despite his distinguished looks and soft-spoken attempt at humor.

Later during the after-party, I recounted my encounter with Holder to David Johnson, the former editor of the famous Page 6 of the New York Post and then the editor of a similar gossip column for the Post's competitor the New York Daily News. When I told David the story, he chuckled, laughed and gratuitously added, "Isn't Eric the whitest black man you've ever met?"

Indeed, the "genius" of Eric Holder and the way that he was able to remain in power despite an "accomplished" Justice Department career of corruption, was that he could relate to both races in a very warm and personal way, much like Obama in his earlier years. They were soul brothers, both half white and half black. And perhaps this helps explain both of their latent antipathies to whites, which became so manifest during the last six years. Perhaps being half black, neither man has felt that they were totally accepted into white society even though they tried hard to be, even after they both had risen to a high government office. And together they have apparently sought to "level the playing field" now that they were in power. It helps explain Obama's parting comments about Holder just the other day.

In short, both men wear race on their sleeves. They live and breath it, and notwithstanding all of Holder's and Obama's phony scandals, their legacy together had been, sadly and despicably, to ignite a race war between blacks and whites through their biased and prejudiced use to the powers of the Justice Department. Just review their actions with regard to the Trayvon Martin and Ferguson tragedies, where they were both quick, without adequate investigation, to effectively blame the "white" George Zimmerman and the white cop in Ferguson, Missouri. And, these are just two of dozens of similar examples.

So given that the Justice Department under Holder and Obama has become, a playground to pay back whitey for admittedly wrongful past discrimination, it comes as no surprise that the degenerate and sleazy race-bating, low-life hack, the so-called Rev. Al Sharpton, will reportedly be playing a major role with President Obama himself in choosing Holder's successor.

Given the likes of Sharpton picking the next attorney general, expect even worse than Holder to follow. This will be an even sadder day for my former alma mater, which I joined with great hope a few years out of law school. As I wrote in my book, "Whores: Why and How I Came to Fight the Establishment," the Justice Department has become the Department of Injustice. Under Obama and Holder, this hold true particularly if you are white.
