America -- reaching for the stars, while running out of space?

Our idea of space travel is hindered by a few facts that neither NASA nor any other scientific discipline cares to comment on at length. The simple fact that time and space cannot be reconciled when considering that man's greatest limitation is the vastness of time – not space. What does this mean exactly?

The uncomplicated explanation is that even if man were to travel to the nearest star, assuming some craft could obtain speeds near to the speed of light, upon returning, the earth would be approximately 400,000 years older than when they departed.

To overcome this incredible hindrance to space travel man has found the solution in what is known as a 'wormhole.' There is zero proof that wormholes function as perceived or that they can propel objects or man great distances and overcome time restraints as mentioned.

Not to be deterred, man has invented what is known as 'time warp' and has used it extensively in space, already now for about 50 years, at least in fantasy world. When science fiction guru, Gene Rodenberry, drafted his first ideas for the Star Trek series, Roddenberry intended to base his famous series on Jonathan Swift's Gulliver's Travels. Great fantasy, fair fiction, but lousy science – why bother to tell this generation that they are not going to make the stars because it is time – not space, that they are running out of rather quickly.

Neither science nor science fiction, are experts on time – but prophecy is!

Our Bibles have plenty to say about time. Two things are made abundantly clear. First, time is limited. God is ever moving, his dispensations are only meant to last for so long as he ushers man into a final time when the very power of time ends and eternity begins.

Secondly, God consistently raises up men and women to proclaim the closing of any period of time and the subsequent turning of the page to a new dispensation. From the 'protevangelium' the first prophecy recorded in scripture, to the last, the entire book of Revelation, God has sent voices to announce the changes that affect nations, or the entire world.

Today a plethora of voices can be heard proclaiming that the last days are upon us. That period of time when the world goes into full reprobation and license, overtakes law and depravity replaces discretion – is today.

In America warnings have gone forth from our best preachers and prophets that we are bound to run into judgment based on the admonition found in Luke 12: 48b.

"For unto whomsoever much is given, of him shall be much required: and to whom men have committed much, of him they will ask the more."

The founders of this nation used the scripture to frame our Constitution, the Declaration and the Bill of Rights and that was followed by many generations of those who pursued the God revealed in the Bible, a far more appropriate verse of warning for us all would be...

"...No man, having put his hand to the plow, and looking back, is fit for the kingdom of God." (Luke 9: 62)

Headlines predict the bottom-line – no prophets needed

Prophets of yesterday and those of today have one thing in common; they are all generally regarded as the voices of a few crying in the wilderness. Resultantly, they are largely ignored, dismissed and replaced by a bevy of experts on science, politics media and pop-culture trends – a serious mistake.

The credulity of most sane people is stretched to the breaking point almost every day as the reports come forth like a deluge of poisoned water relentlessly slamming against us all like the rising of the tide. Here are but a few.

The list of current headlines like these could fill pages. Does anyone doubt that a kind of madness and a strong penchant for wickedness has gripped the nation and the world?

A few degrees off can mean a thousand mile mistake

An improper heading on a long journey will send an aircraft or ship thousands of miles off course. Why do we insist that the course changes we have made in our nation will not send us into the darkness of full reprobation and inevitable judgment? We doubt God cares or even exist and we go headlong on a dangerous course of immorality, perversion, violence and license. Since nothing has deterred, deferred or distracted us from our new race into darkness we are self-assured. A thousand voices are ignored, but the principle of reciprocation will not be denied.

"Because sentence against an evil work is not executed speedily, therefore the heart of the sons of men is fully set in them to do evil." (Ec 8: 11)

One of the last warnings recorded in scripture given by Christ was a warning to be leveled against a false prophetess who did not mis-lead people into sexual perversion, but only a kind of idolatry and ordinary fornication. There was no GLAAD or LGBT or 55 million abortions to answer for as in America.

God, being perfectly willing to offer the Prophetess Jezebel some time to repent, offered her some 'space' to repent.

The Greek word used to signify space is chronos, a word meaning time. Eventually her time ran out, as will ours.

"Notwithstanding I have a few things against thee, because thou sufferest that woman Jezebel, which calleth herself a prophetess, to teach and to seduce my servants to commit fornication, and to eat things sacrificed unto idols.

And I gave her space to repent of her fornication; and she repented not.

Behold, I will cast her into a bed, and them that commit adultery with her into great tribulation, except they repent of their deeds."
(Rev 2: 20–22)

If one woman could not escape the scrutiny of God how will an entire nation escape?

No Illusions of Grandeur – Just one solid message for America

I have no exploded opinion of my own calling; mine is neither the only voice nor the most important voice among those calling America to repentance. After articles and spoken messages read and or heard by millions of people across the nation I am satisfied to say I have done what I was called to do.

Sadly, I have not seen the nation turning, but certain signs seem to be on the horizon. God has not asked me to live without hope for this nation regardless of the twists and turns we have taken in this last generation.

In my early days as a believer I was well trained. I saw the events of the next day hundreds or perhaps thousands of times for several years. They were shown to me as dream visions – no interpretations needed, I saw the actual events. None were ever wrong. Smack in the middle of all this personal revelation came two powerful messages and callings.

The first was a detailed vision of the full events of the second coming of Christ. The second, was the calling to warn America of a deep and pervasive economic downturn in which everything we now take for granted would begin to simply dry up. Jobs, goods, natural resources and available energy will all become difficult to obtain. Look around, we are already entering those days, but it has just begun.

Can it be averted?

The repentance of the city of Nineveh is part of the biblical record so we won't presume nor despair. Today we see churches and ministries reviving, and restoring themselves to their original sense of mission. We see conservative politics being revived just in time for a mid-term election period. We also hear talk of impeachment for Barack Obama along with a call for legislation to curb his reckless and lawless abuse of executive privilege.

The call has gone forth – will we answer the call?
