Thank you, Heavenly Father, King of the Universe, for life, health, family, friends, neighbors, home, sustenance, and all other blessings. We are most grateful, dear Lord, for the higher human nature within us, imparted by your Holy Spirit, drawing us toward truth, creativity, love, goodness, and courage, and for your Son, Jesus Christ, bridge to your Heavenly table and eternal life.
Forgive us Lord when we act, unmoderated, according to our lower human nature.
Merciful Father, deliver us, we pray, from human evil and natural calamity.
Amen
