Solicitor General Elena Kagan, nominated by President Obama to replace retiring Court Justice, John Paul Stevens, has called the military ban on homosexuals, "a profound wrong," and, "a moral injustice of the first order." Elena Kagan is obviously a strong opponent to the military's policy of, "don't ask don't tell." I am also wondering, is she just as adamant about the same policy, "don't ask don't tell," in the Mainstream Media when it comes to the reporting of crimes committed by homosexuals? Upon learning of the case of the Duke Administrator who was arrested last summer, I began wondering if I had gone into a time warp, or vacuum of some sort. How is it I did not hear of this, "profound wrong" perpetrated by this man? Frank Lombard, Associate Director of the Center for Health Policy at Duke University, was taken into custody after a FBI sting, for attempting to allow — and even arrange for — strangers he met on the internet, to rape his adopted five year old male African-American child. "This moral injustice of the first order" was basically swept under the rug by Mainstream Media and only given only "token" coverage locally. I find this absolutely amazing!

One must conclude that to report such incidences must not be the Politically Correct thing to do in the Mainstream Media culture. To give in-depth reporting on such blatantly depraved acts against adopted African-American children, by white homosexuals, employed by elite universities, must be taboo! It get's worse. Yes, it gets much worse. According to the criminal information filed in the case by authorities, it states that, Mr. Lombard coerced a minor, identified only as a young boy into engaging in sexual conduct so that Lombard could transmit a live video of it over the internet. In their report, there is no acknowledgement that he is adopted, therefore, this is his son. There is no mention of the child's name, just initials. Why? That would then reveal the gender of the child, male, which upon knowing the sex we would understand that Mr. Frank Lombard is a homosexual. Last and certainly not least, there is no mention in the file that he is a Black Child and that he was only five years of age. Lombard reportedly performed oral sex on every portion of the little boy's body that was capable of expelling human waste.

This young adopted child, expecting to be loved and cherished and hopefully finding a home, was taken captive — legally — by a depraved, abominable maniac, was put on the slave block, as property, and prostituted after he was viciously sexually abused for a number of years by his parent captor. Is this now the pattern of adoption agencies that are looking to relieve their case load of African-American children? Are they surrendering the care of Black children into the hands of sexual predators? Were there proper investigations done on Mr. Lombard, or was he given a pass by the adoption agency due to his being the Associate Director of the Center for Health Policy at Duke? Are the facts ignored that 33% of all homosexuals admit to minor/adult sex?

The North American Man Boy Love Association (NAMBLA) consists of thousands of members who advocate for such relationships Mr. Lombard coveted. Is he a member? Did anyone ask? NAMBLA has the slogan: "sex before 8 before it's too late." Interestingly, Mr. Lombard was known to have stated, "abusing the child was much easier when the kid was younger and unable to talk or know what was going on." He also admitted to drugging the child with Benadryl while molesting him. Homosexuals commit more than 33% of all reported child molestations in the United States, though they make up only 2% of the population and 73% of all homosexuals have had sex with boys under nineteen years of age. Rick Warren, of Saddle Brook Church stated, "...the church should have had more outrage over homosexual adoption than homosexual marriage."

Once again you would expect to see the NAACP, Urban League, National Action Committee, and Rainbow Coalition responding forcefully, demanding changes and strengthening precautions, as are mandated in our adoption laws, to protect our children, but their voices are deathly silent. Certainly this is a time the data would warrant their concern, but if their past patterns hold true, they will avoid this like the plague. The homosexual activist master plan is to present their agenda as a Civil Rights issue, thus they continually court ($) the NAACP, Urban League, National Action Committee, and Rainbow Coalition, as partners in their cause. If the system has ever let anyone down, it is personified in this young adopted boy. What will become of this young man and who will pick up the pieces? Who will be held accountable? What changes will we make as a community? One thing for sure is, we must not fail to guard our conscience from these relentless attacks attempting to impose its errant will against all we know to be pure, righteous, and true. To conform to these attacks will be disastrous and the sure and certain demise of our culture and future.

Dr. Martin L. King, in his speech at Illinois Wesleyan University on February 10th, 1966 stated,

"Every academic discipline has its technical nomenclature. Modern psychology has a word that is probably used more than any other word in psychology. It is the word maladjusted. And certainly we hear this word a great deal. And I'm sure all of us want to live the well-adjusted life in order to avoid neurotic and schizophrenic personalities. But I must honestly say to you, as I've said before, there are some things in our nation and in our world of which I'm proud to be maladjusted, which I call upon all men of goodwill to be maladjusted until the good societies realize."

When the highest political office in the land chooses to portray fatherhood as two homosexual men imposing their sexuality on unsuspecting venerable children we need to renew the cry of Dr. Martin Luther King to citizens of goodwill to be maladjusted!

AMEN
