Reality: America's still center-right while Obama and Pelosi are far left
By Michael Gaynor

The plan for Obama to transform America to suit those Marxist professors he favored is not being rubberstamped by the American people.

"Joe the Plumber" was right when he said 2008 Democrat presidential candidate Obama sounded like a socialist.

And presidential candidate Obama sounded like a Marxist when he explained at that private San Francisco fundraiser last year that economics explains why Americans "cling" to religion and guns.

But the liberal mainstream media successfully portrayed Obama as a non-threatening moderate who would make life better and opposition to him as racist or racially suspect and The New York Times killed an Obama/ACORN expose before Election Day 2008.

That put Obama in the White House and Democrats in control of Congress, but it did not transform America's nature and Obama, Pelosi, ACORN, SEIU, etc. are discovering that Americans don't want to submit to government control and substitute socialism for freedom.

Shocking news for the Far Left: The latest Gallup poll shows that self-identified conservatives outnumber self-identified liberals in all 50 states of the union. (Gallup's results were derived from interviewing 160,236 American adults between Jan. 2, 2009 and June 30, 2009.)

Self-identified conservatives outnumber self-identified liberals in all 50 states of the union. (Gallup's results were derived from interviewing 160,236 American adults between Jan. 2, 2009 and June 30, 2009.)

That Gallup Poll shows more Americans self-identifying as conservatives than in any of the last four years: 40% percent said that they are either "conservative" (31%) or "very conservative" (9%).

In sharp contrast, 21% self-identified as liberal, including 16% who say they are "liberal" and 5% who say they are "very liberal."

Thirty-five percent of Americans self-identified as moderate.

Since the dawning of "the Age of Obama," the percentage of conservatives increased from 37% to 40%.

Obama's radicalism is making America MORE conservative!

Laura Ingraham tweeted: "So much for the argument that the GOP needed to 'move to the center in order to be relevant again.' Hogwash."

All that is necessary is for America to remain America is for the whole truth about what Michelle Malkin referred to as "Obama and His Team of Tax Cheats, Crooks, and Cronies" in her no. 1 best seller, Culture of Corruption, to become generally known (which also explains why the liberal media establishment press has not reviewed the book).

The liberal media establishment kept the disconcerting facts about Obama's radicalism, particularly his connections to ACORN and SEIU, little known or unappreciated, but it can't keep the lid on forever.
