Who needs Congress when you're a king?

All throughout history mankind has had to put up with Leaders of various dispositions towards justice or tyranny. Whether it is the ancient history of Israel, Babylon, Persia, Rome, Assyria, Egypt through the despotic Kings and oligarchs throughout world history the vast overwhelming majority have been predisposed to self-aggrandizement, tyranny and injustice. Our Founders got many of their governing ideas from the great Christian philosophers of Europe especially those of England and Scotland. They created a Constitutional republic under God and the rule of law that profoundly understood that if the sinful nature of man was not checked and balanced in governing righteously they would lead the Republic on the path to Democracy, Oligarchy and eventually Tyranny.

In our Constitution Article 1 deals with LAW or the Legislature being the largest section purposely emphasizing republican LAW as the most important aspect of our Rule Book. Then comes Article 2 the President or Executive under republican LAW, smaller in size and power in relationship to Congress. It was meant to be that way. They never intended for all three branches to become co-equal branches as erroneously taught in many of our Jr. High School government classes. LAW, The Rule of Law and Righteous Legislatures were always the lynchpin that the Constitution would evolve around NOT the President, not a King, not a Despot or Tyrant or Imperial Judge bows to unconstitutional Progressive ideology ignoring our Founders original intentions.

Too many Presidents have become a Law unto themselves violating our sacred Constitution and exploding not only Executive power but the ability of the Federal government to warp into a growing Centralized National government not only desecrating and destroying our 9th and 10th Amendment but our Constitutional republic as a whole and our God given Life and Liberties! Our brilliant Founders inherit from Scottish Law Philosophy, LEX REX or "the LAW is above the King." Obama has, in the tradition of other Imperial Presidents resurrected REX LEX or "the KING is above the Law."

As we watched the bumbling-stumbling Obama drama this week and last in DC, and on the world stage we are reminded over and over again that our Founders warned us about charlatans and imperialist's with the "style" of Obama. It is with their lips they pay service, it is with their eyes they seduce, and it is with their actions they defy and deny our Constitutional Republic. Will America survive this?!
