The fallout days after Brett Kavanaugh cried, the presumption of innocence vs. the lingering doubt of well slung mud
Seven eight women spoke their mind

Like Daniel Boone, Brett Kavanaugh has successfully 'Run the Gauntlet' however the "Chuckie" Schumer's, Franken-Feinstein's and Crypt creatures of the River Styx in the land of the far radical left will not a scintilla of respect show; unlike the Shawnee showed for Colonel Boone or General Washington for General Cornwallis after Yorktown or General Lee and General Grant at Approtamox. Or the respect many Republicans afforded Dr. Ford. The above photo shows a man who after running the Gauntlet is surrounded by the three of the four women (His role model mother being the forth) he loves dearly, before the man who mentored him as a Law Clerk, decades before, the retired Justice Anthony M. Kennedy, whose seat he will take and whose shoes he attempts to fill. It should be noted that Justice Neil Gorsuch also clerked for Kennedy.

An Historic Moment:

Not only is a former clerk filling the Supreme Court Seat of the Justice he clerked for an historic event, but the fact that Judge Kavanaugh will have the first all-female staff in the history of the Supreme Court of historic importance and completely ignored by the radical left and their high-powered propaganda machines. What if one of those female clerks eventually rise to fill Judge Kavanaugh's seat? However, as I suggested in my last Article, don't expect any publicity or accolades. Just like Kellyanne Conway was never recognized for being the first woman to run a successful presidential campaign. In Mika Brzezinski and Chris Cuomo Feud Over Kellyanne Conway's Sexual-Assault Claim, where both later deleted their tweets. Responding to Conway's statement on CNN "I feel very empathetic, frankly, for victims of sexual assault and sexual harassment and rape. I'm a victim of sexual assault,"
Brzezinski suggested that she believed Conway's startling admission to have been opportunistic. "I find that fascinating actually, because Kellyanne Conway went on a Sunday show and, in the middle of making her point, she announced she's a victim of sexual assault. Really? Oh, my gosh – okay."
Double Standards:

Here in lies the double standard, Kellyanne Conway's admission of being sexually assaulted is considered opportunistic, while Dr. Ford's is not. Is it because one supports a desired and politically motivated objective of the Democrats while the other is trying to expose it for what it is, a political hit job? As the Washington Examiner noted on Sept 28th "Get ready for Democrats to say a week isn't long enough for the FBI to investigate Brett Kavanaugh" and on Oct 3rd, in the Conservative Review "And there it is: Sen. Dianne Feinstein says one week is 'too soon' to have Kavanaugh vote". The irony here is that Senator Feinstein had Dr. Fords letter for 60 days before she or other operatives leaked it. 60 days that could have been productively used to either fully substantiate or refute Dr. Ford's claims. Yet it was not done! Now as the Daily Signal reported on Oct 4th, "Feinstein May Face Ethics Probe Over Leak of Ford Letter." It raises questions not only about the ethics of those who handled and had personal knowledge of Dr. Ford's letter, but as to why it was not investigated further in the interim? Was it because it was a political hit job from the beginning, planned in advance like Peter Strzok's 'insurance policy' and would not stand a rigorous investigative effort in the light of day? The total abandonment of the cornerstone of American Justice the "Presumption of Innocence" vs the "Lingering Doubt of Well Slung Mud" that will haunt Judge Kavanaugh for the rest of his time on the court. It may well prompt Impeachment proceedings against Kavanaugh and Trump should, heaven forbid the Democrats manage to retake the house in November. see "Cory Booker says Kavanaugh impeachment shouldn't be off the table". And Maxine Waters has not stopped with her impeachment rant:
"There's a difference in how some of our leadership talk about how we should handle all of this," Water said. "They say, 'Maxine, please don't say impeachment anymore.'"

"And when they say that, I say 'impeachment, impeachment, impeachment, impeachment, impeachment, impeachment, impeachment.'"
The true irony of this double standard is that amongst the people attacking Judge Kavanaugh and believing Dr. Ford, without a scintilla of corroborating evidence are the same people willing to turn a blind eye to Keith Ellison's corroborated domestic abuse claims, those who were silent when myriad women came forward with substantiated evidence of being attacked by serial rapist Bill Clinton, those who remained silent while Hillary Clinton viciously attacked the women "Slick Willy" abused in the court of public opinion and those who were publicly vocal in their support of and defense of child rapist Roman Polanski. What Hypocrisy and Double Standards!

The Feedback of Seven Women:

Many women never share the bad experiences, particularly Domestic Violence, Sexual Assault and Workplace Harassment. When they do come forward it is often to someone they implicitly trust and never in a public venue. I have had some close female friends confide in me some horrific things that they would never confide in a girlfriend or a sibling, perhaps because I could be trusted and would never prejudge them and had earned their trust and confidence overtime, a confidence and trust that I have never betrayed. The last article, The Day Brett Kavanaugh Cried, resulted in more feedback in both quantity and quality than I have ever received before. Of the feedback, there were 7 woman who took the time to write longer well thought comments, 6 longer positive and 1 short negative. 3 of the women had previously signed up for new posting alerts via RenewAmerica.com and commented without me sending them a link, one of whom I had never known before. The remaining 4, I had sent a link to. The negative was from someone I had sent a link to. Amongst the 7, I know the following:
  • One had recently endured two years of workplace harassment and eventually lost her job.

  • One was a seasoned litigator.

  • One had been raped by her immediate boss and remained silent for fear of losing her job.

  • One had been abused by someone she knew well who put something in her drink and she passed out and was raped against her will.

  • One was nearly the victim of an attempted rape when in College.
The seasoned litigator, a Mormon and dedicated equestrian, felt that both the Judicial Committee and I went too soft on Dr. Ford, and while she was not believing Dr. Ford's testimony, allowed that she was uncomfortable with Judge Kavanaugh's emotional opening statement and would not vote for him if it were up to her. Of the remaining 5, 4 of whom were victims of fore noted violence, NONE believed Dr. Fords statement that Brett Kavanaugh was the perpetrator, but 3 of the 5 felt empathy and believed that Dr. Ford was suffering trauma, from someone somewhere at some time however were convinced she was merely being used as a pawn in the whole matter. The final and only negative response to my article was:

I'll give the sole negative voter the pseudonym KiM, I have known her for over 2 decades and her late mom and other family members for decades before. We share a love for travel, adventure and Leonard Cohen and she has often reached out to me at challenging times in her life. It is no small statement that I say she is the kind of woman I could have imagined spending my life and raising a family with. She has an adult life partner who was unbeknownst to both was an early childhood playmate until a photo surfaced of them playing together at an early age, well into their adult relationship. They have a beautiful son and, in many regards, I am writing this article for her son and those of his generation, as I am genuinely concerned about the world that they will inherit if those with the gleam of raw power in their eyes seize total control of the United States of America.

The question I asked myself; what prompted this well-educated worldly woman to take everything Dr. Ford said as gospel to the detriment of Judge Kavanaugh's express statement of innocence? Just like the Democrat bobble heads who echoed "We Believe you." The Democrats had a clear political agenda, (were they complicit in manufacturing or massaging Dr Ford's allegations to suit a political objective? We may never know), but what was KiM's motivation? Is she proof of the observation often attributed to Mark Twain? "It's easier to fool people than to convince them they have been fooled.," or just dislikes all things Trump and naively believes all the ideas fired out of the high-powered propaganda machines of the left that has been barraging the public with fake and negative news about Trump since early 2016?

For one last time I will state, despite believing that Dr. Ford may have been abused by somebody somewhere at some time, I am more convinced than ever she was being further used by the Democrats to foment a political agenda. It cannot be proven beyond a shadow of a doubt that Judge Kavanaugh was the perpetrator, nor is there any corroborating evidence to support her claims, even all the witnesses she identified deny it happened. There is an old Latin Maxim which was brought up in the hearings: Falsus in uno, falsus in omnibus is a Latin phrase meaning "false in one thing, false in everything." It is an old Anglo-Saxon Common-Law Maximum still in use in the USA.

Vincent D'Onofrio who played Det. Robert Goren, the popular lead character in the TV series Law & Order: Criminal Intent, would always try to "Connect the Dots" so show the phycological motives & underpinnings of a crime as pathways between widely distributed pieces of evidence as exists in the whole confirmation process that started before Donald J. Trump was elected.

The Opening Gambit of the Chess Match:

Candidate Trump did the unprecedented before the election and in May 2016 released a list of potential Jurists to fill Antonin Scalia's seat to show the caliber of those he would pick from to quell conservatives' fears. He further expanded that list after becoming President. So, the democrats have had months to do opposition research on all potential candidates perhaps including Brett Kavanaugh. Brett Kavanaugh had served as a close advisor to President George W. Bush and later was appointed to the second highest court in the land. The recent one-week probe is the seventh FBI background investigation on Kavanaugh since 1993. He was not someone who just appeared on the public stage this past summer without being vetted on a prior basis. Dr. Ford could have launched a letter of complaint 25 years ago when incident she alleged occurred was fresh in everybody's mind; however 25 years ago, Christine Blasey Ford ex-boyfriend says she helped friend prep for potential polygraph
A former boyfriend, whose name was redacted in the declaration, also said Ford neither mentioned Kavanaugh nor mentioned she was a victim of sexual misconduct during the time they were dating from about 1992 to 1998. He said he saw Ford going to great lengths to help a woman he believed was her "life-long best friend" prepare for a potential polygraph test. He added that the woman, Monica McLean, had been interviewing for jobs with the FBI and U.S. Attorney's office...

He further claimed that Ford never voiced any fear of flying (even while aboard a propeller plane) and seemingly had no problem living in a "very small," 500 sq. ft. apartment with one door – apparently contradicting her claims that she could not testify promptly in D.C. because she felt uncomfortable traveling on planes, as well as her suggestion that her memories of Kavanaugh's alleged assault prompted her to feel unsafe living in a closed space or one without a second front door.
All of this contradicts the evidence that she gave under oath about the fear of flying and confined spaces attributed to the trauma of the alleged Kavanaugh attack. And the false statement about never coaching anybody into passing a Polygraph that was made in front of the Senate Judicial Committee.

None of the witnesses she allowed were present the night of the alleged Kavanaugh attack, capable of corroborating her story, would do so, and in fact, Ford's Friend Felt Pressured to Revise Her Initial Statement Denying Knowledge of Assault
Christine Blasey Ford's lifelong friend, Leland Keyser, told the FBI she felt pressured by Ford's allies to reconsider her initial statement in which she denied any knowledge of the high-school gathering where Ford claims she was sexually assaulted by Brett Kavanaugh.

Keyser specifically accused Monica McLean, a retired FBI agent and friend of Ford's, of pressuring her to modify her statement
The same Monica McLean whom Ford Coached in the 1990's, whom the FBI obtained text messages from, the Ford beach friend and former press agent of Schumer right-hand man Preet Bharara.

Furthermore Christine Blasey-Ford Friend In Delaware Was Career FBI Agent and Likely Together During Accusation Letter Construct
"Ms. Blasey-Ford and Ms. McLean, the BFF she coached on lie detector testing, together for the four days leading up to the actual writing of the letter. July 26th to July 30th.?"
In "How Deep is This Swamp?" the following photo is displayed:

The Supporting Cast of the Kavanaugh Attack: •Ms. Christine Blasey-Ford (academic psychologist and life-long best friend of a former career FBI agent); •Ms. Monica Lee McLean (former 24-year career DOJ/FBI insider); •Mr. Michael Bromwich (former DOJ inspector general and career DOJ/FBI official); •Mr. David Laufman (former CIA, and DOJ-NSD Asst. U.S. Attorney General); •Ms. Debra Katz (political operative and legal counsel with deep DNC attachments); •Senator Dianne Feinstein (ranking member of the Senate Judiciary Committee); and the myriad of media allies (Mayer, Farrow) and political operatives who each played a role in the scheme.

In "Two more officials cited in FBI texts step down"
Laufman had served since 2014 as the top Justice Department official overseeing espionage investigations, as well as cases involving foreign lobbying and leaks of classified information. That put Laufman in charge of the Hillary Clinton email probe and aspects of the investigation into Russian interference in the 2016 election – an inquiry handed off last May to special counsel Robert Mueller.
Politics make strange bedfellows, but the possibility that Dr. Ford wrote the letter in the presence of and possibly insistence of Ms. Monica Lee McLean who coincidentally worked for a Schumer right hand man and then have a supporting cast of those who assisted in exonerating Hillary Clinton of her crimes (the placing of sensitive documentation on a home based server and later destroying evidence despite an order to turn it over) and then launching a spying operation on the Trump Campaign using a dossier paid for by the Clinton Campaign is more than just circumstantial evidence of a high-tech lynching. This is far more diabolical than what Justice Clarence Thomas described those 25 years ago and tantamount to treason, the word that The Clappers and Brennan's of the previous administration throw around with impunity against President Trump. This use of Dr. Ford was the Democrats "Queen Sacrifice" in hopes of a November Victory.

Will KiM, after reading this and reading the links change her position on the Dr. Ford testimony, or will she be like so many sleepwalking into the slavery that may afflict their children and grandchildren generations to come still remain skeptical of Kavanaugh and fully believe Dr. Ford?

Becoming Self-Aware and waking up from the long sleepwalk into slavery:

There comes a time in all our lives that like the line from the "Terminator" movies we "become self-aware." Self-aware in the vein of critically analyzing what everybody is saying, while avoiding the propaganda and sifting out the truth. My moment was fighting the destaffing and closure of Newfoundland and Labradors lighthouses by the federal government in the Mid 90's. Before that I was a card-carrying member of the Liberal Party of Canada and once signed up with the New Democratic Party to support a friend I greatly respect, Lawyer Jack Harris, who has always been a loyal and devoted public servant and constituency man. However, I am but a grain of sand on the beachhead that was established by the following luminaries: Thomas Sowell admittedly a Marxist "during the decade of my 20s," or David Horowitz (Ex Marxist) or Dr. Bella Dodd who left the Communist Party or even Ronald Regan who moved from the Democratic to Republican Camps.
"It is bad enough that so many people believe things without any evidence. What is worse is that some people have no conception of evidence and regard facts as just someone else's opinion."- Thomas Sowell

"Inside Every Progressive Is A Totalitarian Screaming to Get Out"
    David Horowitz @horowitz39

"There had been many things I had not really understood. I had regarded the Communist Party as a poor man's party, and thought the presence of certain men of wealth within it accidental. I now saw this was no accident. I regarded the Party as a monolithic organization with the leadership in the National Committee and the National Board. Now I saw this was only a facade placed there by the movement to create the illusion of the poor man's party; it was in reality a device to control the "common man" they so raucously championed" Dr Bella Dodd

"We are faced with the most evil enemy mankind has known in his long climb from the swamp to the stars"
    - Ronald Reagan

"The menace of communism in this country will remain a menace until the American people make themselves aware of the techniques of communism. No one who truly understands what it really is can be taken in by it. Yet the individual is handicapped by coming face to face with a conspiracy so monstrous he cannot believe it exists. The American mind simply has not come to a realization of the evil which has been introduced into our midst. It rejects even the assumption that human creatures could espouse a philosophy which must ultimately destroy all that is good and decent." J. Edgar Hoover, Founder and Director of the FBI 1935-1972
Watergate on Steroids:

Is it not prudent to be highly skeptical that all the same players, both formerly and currently residing inside J Edgar Hoovers FBI or the DOJ who have been complicit in both exonerating Hillary Clinton of her deeds and actively spying on the Trump Campaign are involved in the Dr. Ford theatrical production? Even known associates of Sen. Chuck (Evil Chuckie) Schumer who on July 10th 2018 vowed to oppose Kavanaugh nomination with "everything I've got," while George Soros funded protestors were already lined up with premade signs with a blank waiting to write the candidates name in? This whole Clinton/FISA Gate affair makes the original Watergate break-in look like scenes from Woody Allen's comedy "Small Time Crooks", yet none of the perpetrators have yet to be prosecuted. Is the Kavanaugh mudslinging job a desperate last-ditch effort by the Democrats to win back the House so that none of the perpetrators of these high crimes and misdemeanors, including Hillary Clinton, will be ever brought to justice?

America's Constitution in Grave Peril:

In mankind's long climb from the swamp to the stars, the founding of America is the only time that the ruling elite were fully stripped of power and that power passed back to 'We the People" by enlightened revolutionaries, regardless if a monarch or leader was beheaded or not. "We the People" through our representatives then enshrined those principles into the oldest surviving constitution in the world, only granting the federal government certain specific enumerated powers to become Citizens of a Republic of equal opportunity rather than be yoked like beasts of burden in equal misery as Subjects of a Ruling Elite like current day Venezuelans. We preserved the Paladin of Liberty, the Magna Charta and the best traditions of Anglo-Saxon-Common Law. Cognizant of the tendency of courts to become "Star Chambers" like England of Olde where Judges sat at the pleasure of the ruling Elite, an independent Judicial Branch was created as part of three separate and independent but equal branches of Government.

By comparison our Revolutionary War ally France has had 16 Constitutions, one of which only lasting 21 days and are currently on their 5th Republic since 1798. All of them built on the shifting sands of Jacobin intrigues and the top down rule of Napoleonic Civil Code Laws. This the style of Constitution favored by the left and the Ruth Bader Ginsberg's of the world because it elevates the Judiciary into the stratosphere of the ruling elite and relegates citizens to being subjects of their supreme power. Brett Kavanaugh's appointment thwarted that trend which has been prevalent in America since the progressive era started under KKK supporting President Woodrow Wilson the Philip Dru Administrator brainchild of Edward Mandel House.

My late father often quipped that only thing more dangerous that a cornered rat is a cornered BureaucRat. The great Ship of State, the USS Constitution is heavily infested with Swamp Rats, BureaucRats, Barbary Coast Pirates as the rat-grey workers wait to tread the gloom of Lenin's Tomb. They will not go gently into that good night.

Hope on the Horizon some are waking up:

Two recent articles in the Federalist:

"I'm A Latino Democrat, But Thanks to The Kavanaugh Circus I'm Voting Republican in The Midterms" September 28, 2018 By Tomas Mendoza (Pseudonym) a Democrat announced he was voting Republican in November:
"When I came to the United States, I left a country that had recently undergone a military coup. In the eyes of those men of power, we could see the deadening of souls that occurs when a man's perceived benevolence blinds him to his own tyranny...

During the Kavanaugh hearings I saw that same look in the eyes of Senate Democrats...

If Kavanaugh's reputation and Ford's privacy had to be sacrificed on the altar of political expediency, the committee Democrats were not going to let basic decency prevent them from using the courts as an alternative path to the political ends they cannot reach through legislation."
"I'm An Immigrant, Minority Woman Going Republican Over Democrats' Treatment of Kavanaugh" October 5, 2018 by Adele Scalia, the late Antonin Scalia's daughter in law. The eighth woman in my headline.
"The party that established itself as a champion for the voiceless, powerless, and wrongfully accused, betrayed its values and launched a vicious attack on Kavanaugh that left him voiceless, powerless, and completely incapable of defending himself. Against all logic and good faith, they released uncorroborated allegations of sexual misconduct to the public, counting on the backdrop of the Me-Too movement to make them that much harder to criticize or ignore. I still cannot reconcile these actions with the social and criminal justice reform platforms that Democrats campaign on.

In recent years, the left has also strongly condemned men in general, and straight white men in particular, for practicing toxic masculinity. Toxic masculinity, in their opinion, is the root cause of some of our most dangerous societal ills, such as domestic abuse, gun violence, and rape culture. The cure? Men should be encouraged to feel, cry, and express their emotions and display traits that are not typically considered masculine.

But when Kavanaugh cried at the post-allegation hearings while recounting the effects of weeks of being beaten down and insulted by Democratic senators and much of the media, the blowback from the left was astonishing. He was mocked. They questioned his authenticity...

What's worse is that to achieve all of this the left has gladly used a vulnerable woman against her wishes. Christine Blasey Ford had no intention or desire to ever become a household name.... Democrats fed Ford to the wolves.

Only the wolves turned out to be sheep: I have seen countless Republicans defending and showing empathy for Ford on the news, giving her the benefit of the doubt on social media. By contrast, I have seen nothing of the sort for Kavanaugh from Democrats....

These events opened my eyes to the hypocrisy of the Democratic Party. It's actually a very exclusive club that wants me as a member based solely on stereotypes of who I am supposed to be. The core values they tout do not apply to everyone, as Kavanaugh can testify, but only to a very small, very specific subset of people who tick certain boxes or support them in their political agenda...

They have relished inflicting pain on Kavanaugh in large part because he is everything they hate: a straight white conservative male from a privileged background. It's terrifying because, while that might not put me in any danger, it makes many of the best men I know and love prime targets.

That is why I am energized, for the first time, to become a citizen and empower myself with a vote. It will be a vote against the bullies on the left who broke a good man for no reason other than political differences. So, excuse me while I fill out some forms and tick some boxes – but not the ones you might expect
    .
Walkaway and Runaway from being a Slave of Weaponized Government.

This commentary is reminiscent of gay New York hairdresser Brandon Straka when he posted a hard-hitting video explaining why he is no longer a Democrat or a liberal, creating the #Walkaway movement. Baptist minister C.L. Bryant, despite once being a chapter president for the NAACP produced his Runaway Slave documentary and yet the Democrats are treating Runaway Slave and the #Walkaway movements with the same disdain at they treated the tea party movement. The same tea party movement who was viciously attacked under the Obama Administration via the Weaponizing of Government as vocalized by Catherine Engelbrecht. (PLEASE WATCH)

One has only to watch the Catherine Engelbrecht video and ask themselves, how many others are there in positions of power in the government and the FBI who like Monica Lee McLean having gained positions via the coaching of others like Dr. Ford on the passing of polygraphs, or like the Peter Strzok's, James Comey's Andrew McCabe's and Lois Lerner's who are political operatives of the left first and foremost under the guise of being a public servant?

My friend Marin (a Romanian Immigrant to Canada) remarked to me in the 90's "We were freer under (Nicolae) Ceaușescu in Romania than you are in Canada under (Jean) Chrétien" and after my reply in disbelief he countered "In Romania we all knew the government was against us and acted accordingly."

Dark Ages or Renaissance, the electorate will decide in November:

Will the KiM's of the world start to wake up like Adele Scalia, Tomas Mendoza, Catherine Engelbrecht, Rev. C.L. Bryant and Brandon Straka and realize what is truly happening or will they buy and drink the Koolaide that 'Uncle" Bernie Saunders and his protégé Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez are peddling, a one-way ticket to Venezuela, see "Why some Venezuelans fear Maduro is selling them out to China" CBC Canada.

To quote Ronald Regan in his "time for choosing speech"
" Alexander Hamilton warned us that a nation which can prefer disgrace to danger is prepared for a master and deserves one. Admittedly there is a risk in any course we follow. Choosing the high road cannot eliminate that risk. Already some of the architects of accommodation have hinted what their decision will be if their plan fails and we are faced with the final ultimatum. The English commentator [Kenneth] Tynan has put it this way: he would rather live on his knees than die on his feet. Some of our own have said "Better Red than dead." If we are to believe that nothing is worth the dying, when did this begin? Should Moses have told the children of Israel to live in slavery rather than dare the wilderness? Should Christ have refused the Cross? Should the patriots at Concord Bridge have refused to fire the shot heard 'round the world? Are we to believe that all the martyrs of history died in vain?

You and I have a rendezvous with destiny. We can preserve for our children this, the last best hope of man on earth, or we can sentence them to take the first step into a thousand years of darkness. If we fail, at least let our children and our children's children say of us we justified our brief moment here. We did all that could be done."
Jeff Flake, Joe Manchin and Susan Collins have all answered the call to arms despite misgivings in my previous article, now it's up to you, encourage a person to vote who has never voted before to prevent the Democrats from seizing control and blocking the investigation into the increasing criminality and weaponizing of Government over the last decade. That was the main objective of the debasement of Judge Kavanaugh and the betrayal of Dr. Fords privacy, not the pursuit of Justice but the prevention thereof to the detriment of all Americans regardless of political persuasion.
