Escape from New York before the Empire State strikes again!

Beyond an abject travesty of justice, the ridiculous $355 million New York court ruling against President Donald Trump is an indisputable lesson and warning that unchecked government power threatens every American’s liberty. New York has clearly told Americans that you do not have any rights if the government dislikes what you do or say. This is beyond partisanship and even communism. This is pure raw tyranny.

The New York prosecution of Trump is beyond state sponsored persecution and plunder. As Fox News Anchor Jesse Watters quipped, “This is a financial assassination.” With pre-judgement interest, the New York state court is trying to say Trump must pay almost half a BILLION dollars before he can even appeal! Even for a billionaire, that’s an incredible sum, but it proves this judicial charade is not about justice – it’s about stopping Trump anyway they can.

Litigation is typically complex, esoteric, and protracted, so it’s difficult for average folks to follow. That’s why you need a good lawyer and especially now if you are innocent because the government has shown they DO NOT CARE about justice or truth. The Empire State’s corrupt fraudulent case against Trump is highly instructive.

In jurisdictions that follow the law (not New York), there must be a law broken and/or damaged parties (a victim) by another’s actions to have an indictment and prosecution. No matter what your breathless, clueless Democrat friends moan, there were no damages, no aggrieved parties, no victims, and no laws broken in the Trump case!!! The state didn’t even try to fake the charges. They simply ruled that they didn’t like Trump’s math.

Decades ago, Trump obtained loans for some real estate development projects in New York City. He borrowed the money, built the projects which were successful, and paid the money back. The customers of the project were satisfied and without complaint. The bankers were repaid per the terms and even testified they want to loan Trump money again. Everyone was happy with Trump’s business cited in this case except the government, except the politicians, except the crooked partisan hacks determined to stop Trump.

No one was complaining about these loans, projects, or Trump’s business, but overly ambitious and obnoxiously arrogant New York Attorney General Leticia James wants to be governor. She saw taking down Trump as the Democrat Party’s top priority and determined if she can snatch his scalp, the Democrat machine will gift her the governorship.

Again, there were no damages, no victims, and no laws broken, so James and her criminal henchmen took Trump’s valuations of his assets that the banks had accepted and he used to secure the loans and simply disagreed with his numbers. Never mind the loans have already been paid back, the state of New York declared years old subjective real estate valuations as incorrect and therefore fraudulent, so they made a crime where there was none. The corrupt and moronic Judge Arthur Engoron made this a bench trial because he knew no impartial sane jury would ever buy the state’s utter horse hockey.

That fact should scare every American to death! The government, regardless of any statute of limitations, can fabricate a crime for anyone they do not like. Remember, our government is spying on Catholics, concerned parents, and anyone buying Bibles or MAGA paraphernalia. If they can do this to a billionaire president of the United States, average Americans do not stand chance!

New York went too far. China, Russia, and Venezuela have nothing on New York. This political show trial was an attempted political assassination. If successful, this means NO one has ANY rights in New York unless you have the favor of the state – that is tyranny. Attorney General James should be disbarred for prosecutorial misconduct, and Judge Engoron should be removed from the bench for being corrupt and ignorant of the law. Already pretty much a one-party totalitarian regime, it may be too late for New York, but Americans must fight back to ensure their states do not follow this destructive path.

New York is a pariah state and must be isolated, so the communist contagion cannot spread. Canadian businessman and Shark Tank star, Kevin O’Leary, put it plainly that every entrepreneur should heed this warning that investing in New York is not safe, so businesses should abandon New York with all haste. Your money is not safe! Remember, there are no aggrieved parties in the Trump ruling, so the state of New York is literally stealing $355 million from Trump for their own coffers for a crime they made up. Are you staying there?

It’s hard for businesses to pick up and leave, but perhaps the American truckers will have an effect. Many are refusing deliveries to New York City for the utter injustice to Trump. If a substantial amount of truckers follow through, this will hamper and maybe hurt a mega metropolis that must have EVERYTHING brought in. We the people should join their boycott.

New Yorkers can vote for whoever they want, but if they vote in and tolerate essentially a totalitarian dictatorship, then we must distance the rest of America from this communist cancer. Don’t buy anything from New York or go there. It may or may not change anything in New York, but it may protect us by dissuading other wannabe dictators.

Our American freedom is worth fighting for. Don’t leave Trump in the battle alone. Democrats and leftists are not really after Trump. They know if they defeat Trump the rest of us cannot stand without him. We the people are the real target. New Yorkers have already lost their liberty, and so will we if Trump loses. Don’t stand by and wait, join the struggle now!

“‘Cursed be anyone who takes a bribe to shed innocent blood.’ And all the people shall say, ‘Amen’” (Deuteronomy 27:25).
