Desperate Democrats resort to intimidation and violence

The Democrat Media Complex routinely scolds Americans that conservatives, Republicans, and loosely defined “right wingers” are dangerous and violent. However, any examination of events and headlines shows intimidation, vandalism, and violence are pretty much the province of extremist progressive activists, the base of the modern Democrat Party. The Democrat Party has been hijacked by their radical fringe. The question is will they prevail and dismantle our Constitutional Republic or implode and go the way of the Whigs.

The Whigs were a 19th century American political party that became extinct after abandoning the preferences of average Americans for an elitist agenda, compromising on issues of morality (specifically slavery), and endorsing violence over the rule of law. Sound familiar? Evangelist John L. Kachelman, Jr. recently published a comprehensive analysis comparing the demise of the Whigs to the current trajectory of the Democrat Party.

Democrats have become demonstrably a radical party by embracing extremist positions at odds with average Americans. Democrats support open borders, Hamas, boys in girls’ sports, sexualization of children with perverted gender fluid indoctrination, high taxes, unfettered spending, and more. California Tea Party activist, Roger Gitlin, astutely observed “the party of the working man has become the party of the non-working class.” Whether the generational unemployed hopelessly dependent on government for mere existence or Hollywood elitists inextricably disconnected from common folks, Democrats cater only to their extremist fringes.

An extremist party out of step with the American electorate cannot prevail at the ballot box, so Democrats must resort to deception (disinformation and misinformation), intimidation, lawfare (rogue judges and frivolous litigation), vandalism, and even violence. Americans have become somewhat inured to the deceptions as they now recognize and reject the onslaught of fake news. They are also increasingly frustrated with activist judges and unending litigation solely intended to thwart the will of the American people.

So, what do Democrats have left? Intimidation, vandalism, and violence. Unlike grassroots conservative protests that were purely organic and spontaneous, leftists across the country funded by progressive non-profit organizations misusing government grants (laundered taxpayer monies) are trying to stage a manufactured resistance. They are even trying to lure Republican officials into town halls where they can ambush them with paid protesters to create the illusion of unrest. Senator Chuck Schumer admitted as much. Democrats are not assaulted or refused service for donning a political hat or t-shirt, but Republicans are regularly attacked or turned away by unhinged Democrats.

During the “summer of love” in 2020, Democrats excused widespread looting and violent riots, and exhorted Americans to accept and understand the pervasive criminal activities as justified resistance. Today, Democrat officials unabashedly encourage vandals to target Tesla simply because they oppose Elon Musk’s courageous efforts to expose profligate fraud, waste, and abuse. These thugs use bullets and explosives to destroy private property; it’s highly dangerous. They even brazenly confront Tesla car owners or randomly vandalize private vehicles.

Democrat radicals are also “swatting” conservative officials and influencers at least 15 times the past month. “Swatting” is the act of calling in a fake 911 call that some crime is happening at their homes, so police SWAT teams show up in the dead of night to unsuspecting sleeping conservatives with guns drawn to apprehend criminals and stop a crime. Despicable and unconscionable, this is literally attempted murder by police. Thankfully no one has been harmed yet, but it’s devious and treacherous.

Progressive Democrats have repeatedly shown their eagerness and willingness to engage in vandalism and violence by numerous riots marked with burning and looting, but they also eerily demonstrate a morbid comfort with assassination. Entirely too many Democrats consider murderer Luigi Mangione a folk hero for shooting an insurance executive in the back. They are not sure why the executive deserved to be killed, but more than a few Democrats readily justify it.

Fantasizing about assassinating Republican presidents goes back to a 2006 film about assassinating President George W. Bush, and in 2017, a New York play cast a Trump look-alike being stabbed to death as Julius Caesar. Kathy Griffin was applauded by Democrats for holding a bloody-severed Trump head and too many to name celebrities have advocated harming Trump from blowing him up to punching him to just shooting him.

Well, finally someone did. President Trump was actually shot, and a second attempt was thwarted before the would-be assassin could take a shot, but both times the media downplayed the assassination attempts and even questioned if his bloody ear was from a bullet. And celebrities openly lamented that the assassin missed or admonished the next assassin to be better. Press and pundits struggled to condemn the attempts on Trump’s life and too easily said Trump deserved it.

Political parties that endorse or engage violence as a viable means seldom retreat. Like all tyrannical movements (China, NAZI Germany, Russia, etc.), progressive Democrats must deceive citizens to impose their agenda and failing that must force it upon citizens. Democrats just suffered a momentous political defeat, so their propensity for violence is rising again. They even postulate the possibility of civil war; many are already in open rebellion.

Unchecked partisan violence indicates an imminent coup or collapse. Unless Democrats can step back from the slippery slope of violence, they will either drive America into open internecine conflict, or their party will just fold as anyone with any common sense will flee their failing party. Whether or not you support Democrats, pray Democrats shed their extremist progressive shackles and lose their leftist lunatics, so they can return to civil public discourse. Or Democrats will follow the Whigs into obscure history.

"Put your sword back in its place, for all who draw the sword will die by the sword" (Matthew 26:52).
