The entire world is now anxiously observing what the 47th President of the United States is doing with world trade. For this nation, we might say, "It is about time."
All the voices are resounding with yeas and nays, but here is the one voice you should not ignore. It did not originate with me, but rather it is ancient and immutable – it is prophetic.
The idea of a worldwide economy is as old as the Tower of Babel. Trying to become one-world is as old as man. Lately, the term “New World Order” has begun to crop up yet again. Fox’s Jessie Watters used the term in the opening of his nightly show and others are now following suit.
Most people in our world seem not to notice that, since the days of old, every preacher, prophet, and seer has predicted a last days One World Order. But they cannot seem to reckon with the fact that it will be ruled and dominated by a man, who some say is the equivalent of the devil in the flesh – the antichrist.
He will tie worldwide persecution of Jews and Christians to his sparkling new one world economic system.
We have all in some form been invited to join the digital economy. We are encouraged to abandon reliance on cash and checks and begin to go paperless. We have employers – from the owners of the corner market to the largest corporation – now ushering our paychecks directly into financial institutions and banks. We are slowly, but systematically, being herded into the hands of the great satanic economic genius of the last days.
Unlike Hitler, his new world order has no time to herd the flock into internment camps, so he has them exterminated immediately if they refuse to join the new world order club.
Yes, Jesse, it is the New World Order, and like most in your generation, you don’t have a clue.
What you see is what you get: The revealing of the antichrist
“Let no man deceive you by any means: for that day shall not come, except there come a falling away first, and that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition; Who opposeth and exalteth himself above all that is called God, or that is worshipped; so that he as God sitteth in the temple of God, showing himself that he is God” (2Thes 2:3-4).
The rise of Donald Trump in American politics is the best example of how a nation can change direction almost overnight. While we can thank God that Donald Trump is not the antichrist, that does not slow the appearance of the man. The when, where, and how is easy.
When is soon according to all the fulfilled prophetic conditions that are now here and the few remaining signs yet to make their appearance.
Where is also easy. He appears in the same general geographic area of the old Roman Empire that is Europe today
How is by divine appointment which includes a great revealing. It will be sudden, worldwide, and astonishing to all. He is the peach of the ages. Easy to look at, and a wizard on all military, economic, and diplomatic affairs of this present world. He is the very incarnation of the god of this world, who is the one we often refer to as the devil.
To the Godless, the secular, and the profane, he is their tall glass of cool water. He is the godless world’s idea of a secular savior, and millions will worship and follow him.
What you don’t know can’t hurt you, but it can kill you
Examples of the growing swell of antichrist laws and behaviors are now sweeping across the world. Here are but a few powerful examples:
- AUSTRALIA: Christians in Sydney and throughout the rest of New South Wales (NSW), Australia, could now face five years in prison and fines of up to $100,000 for offering counseling to or praying for “LGBTQA” individuals, even if they say their same-sex attraction or gender confusion is unwanted.
On April 4, legislation known as the Conversion Practices Ban Act 2024 became law, raising alarm among Christians who by merely explaining the Good News of Jesus’ power to heal, the immutable definition of marriage, or timeless truths about the complementarity of man and woman, risk being punished as criminals in NSW.
As such, this is a major step toward criminalizing Christianity and the fullness of the Gospel message in “the land down under.”
- CANADA: It may sound harmless, but the Canadian Senate’s decision to fast track and pass a bill prohibiting “Conversion Therapy” is terribly dangerous and, to date, without precedent worldwide. How on earth did this happen?
An article on Canada’s CTV news referred to “the harmful practice” of conversion therapy, noting that this will now be banned for people of all ages, part of a promise made to “the LGBTQ2S+ community” by the current government.
As to why the bill was fast tracked, Sen. Leo Housakos, a member of Canada’s Conservative (?!) Party, explained, “I think we have to get to the reflex in this institution, that when something is in the universal interest, public interest, that we should not create unnecessary duplication and engage into unnecessary debates.”
In other words, when there is such widespread agreement that something is so evil and dangerous, we must act quickly and decisively, without debate and discussion. Let’s get this thing done!
Canada leaps ahead of America: In some respects, Canada has been a step ahead of America in terms of moral and cultural decline. That means that what happens in Canada today – and I mean what happens in the most negative sense – could well be coming to America tomorrow.
Of course, in other respects, America is far ahead of Canada in terms of serious moral issues. Just consider the difference in gun violence between our nations. Or ask yourself who is the world leader in exporting and providing porn, Canada or America?
Yet, when it comes to government overreach or attacks on fundamental liberties, or hostility towards the Church, Canada’s descent has been more frightening.
We do well to pay attention to what is taking place to our north.
For example, Canada legalized same-sex “marriage” in 2005, a decade before the Supreme Court’s Obergefell decision, without which the states would have been battling over the issue for years to come. Not surprisingly, Canada was also well ahead of America in terms of prosecuting Christians who opposed gay activism and propaganda.
Tucker Carlson is now warning about the extremes that are emerging in Canada. Tucker: It’s hard to overstate how dystopian and threatening Canada has become.
- CHINA: China is the worst of the worst. For Christians the entire country with the exception of the laughable state controlled religions is a giant prison camp.
For more than a billion people living in China, freedom of religion does not exist. So those that do wish to worship as they please must do it in secret, and if they are discovered, the consequences can be extremely severe. This week, China is in the news because it is suddenly engaged in a massive trade war with the United States. But most of the time, people living in the Western world don’t pay much attention to what is really going on inside China, and so very few actually know about the absolutely horrifying things that are being done to Christians by the communist Chinese government.
If you are a Christian that does not live in China, I would recommend avoiding the country for the foreseeable future, because practicing your faith in China could get you arrested. New regulations that just went into effect totally ban foreigners “from preaching, sharing their faith, or establishing religious organizations without official government approval."
New regulations released this week by the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) impose severe restrictions on missionary activity in the country, according to Chinese state media and representatives of the Chinese Communist Party.
The regulations, which take effect May 1, prohibit foreigners from preaching, sharing their faith, or establishing religious organizations without official government approval.
Justifying these regulations, Chinese state media claimed that the newly revised rules promote national security—a common justification for CCP persecution of religion—and help to protect “normal religious activities,” referring to activities run under strict government oversight as part of state-run religious institutions.
- ISLAM AND MUSLIM COUNTRIES: “What was, will be; what was done before, will be done again. There is nothing new under the sun.” So wrote the author of Ecclesiastes — and truer words have seldom been spoken.
Muslim hostility for Christian civilization is one obvious example of that truth. It has been part of an unwavering continuum that stretches back to the foundations of Islam in the seventh century.
But there are other contemporary enemies of Western civilization, and some of these also fit in a perfect continuum that goes back over a millennium, though their roots are not so easily discerned.
Take the so-called “Left,” which with every passing day exposes its anti-Christian animus. While only a few on that political spectrum openly identify as Satanists, more of them are increasingly showcasing the heathen impulse that animates them than ever before.
Can the antichrist be identified? Can he be avoided?
To put it simply, it would be very hard to miss the revealing of the antichrist. God has every intention of making him known to the world. He is God’s line of demarcation, he will divide the world into two very distinct camps. The day of dilly dallying and procrastination will be finished. Every person on earth will have to decide between the man God chose to be the Sacrificial Lamb that takes away the sins of the world, and the man the Bible refers to as “the man of sin.”
