Shame is rapidly becoming a thing of the past in America.
But even though the conscience of a nation dies, sometimes things get so bad that shame creeps up again and makes you wish you were a citizen of a different country.
Such an example is found on X.com about a school board in California. Although it's not much fun or very entertaining to watch, this is the video in which the school board is being questioned by a woman who seems to be a concerned parent.

This writer thought at one time that I had seen it all. I have been to all but one state in the United States and traveled throughout the rest of the world, including Australia. But as I began to view this video, I felt shame all over again like I did when I was a young man doing whatever felt good and whatever I felt like doing.
What I couldn't understand was why the group of school board members didn't also feel shame. Why didn’t they get up and walk out of the room with their heads hanging down?
Echoes of Ephesians 5:12 sounded in my mind. This is the verse where Paul says, "For it is a shame even to speak of those things which are done of them in secret."
The Davis Joint Unified School District is offering boys underwear-tucking kits, and they are offering the girls free chest binders.
Parents who only half-love their children will be glad to get their children away from these groomers.
The woman addressing the board very carefully explains to both the board and the audience of attendees what these items do.
The boys put on what looks like a large Band-Aid to tuck their organs in, which, as the woman proclaims, is very dangerous because it can make them sterile in the future. And it is obvious what a chest compressor will do with the girls, making their breasts seem more flat and disappear.
The woman addressing the board also claims that its district is offering counseling to these children and secretly encouraging them to do this. At the end of the video, she asks the question, “Why are you doing this, and what is in it for you?”
Yes, what’s in it for them?
Not only is it immoral, but it is also demonically perverted. In the more common vernacular, it is also creepy.
But the leaders of this school district sat in their high places in a semi-circle, all looking like just so many kings. Oddly, this last weekend, October 18th, was the weekend that anti-Trump protesters were out protesting in "No-Kings" rallies.
Nobody seems to notice that there are kings over their children—kings that are leading them to hell.
We need to pull the word "reprobate" out of the dustbin of history. We think it's an archaic word that needs not to be used any more in our day, but in fact the word means morally corrupt or depraved and in the most archaic sense of the word, it means foreordained to damnation.
We need to be told that those who give up on morality are then given up to damnation. Bring the word back into use. It is needed today.
This is what the Apostle Paul warns us. He also warns us that reprobation will be the order of the day in the last days, in those days just before the return of the Lord Jesus Christ.
Ponder this.
“For this cause God gave them up unto vile affections: for even their women did change the natural use into that which is against nature: And likewise also the men, leaving the natural use of the woman, burned in their lust one toward another; men with men working that which is unseemly, and receiving in themselves that recompense of their error which was meet. And even as they did not like to retain God in their knowledge, God gave them over to a reprobate mind, to do those things which are not convenient” (Romans 1:26-28).
Like it or not, civilization has yet three more kings to deal with, and not one of them is Donald Trump
The first king is well known as the anti-Christ. He arrives when the world is at a peak of chaos; many believe he is in the wings now and will emerge from the European continent.
Not only will he make himself king and sovereign ruler over the whole world, but he will go beyond that and proclaim to the entire world that he is God. He will not be kind to mankind.
“Let no man deceive you by any means: for that day shall not come, except there come a falling away first, and that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition; Who opposeth and exalteth himself above all that is called God, or that is worshipped; so that he as God sitteth in the temple of God, showing himself that he is God.” (2 Thess 2:3-4)
The second king the entire world must deal with is released from the bottomless pit. He is a king over demons. Their single task is to torment men for months for their refusal to acknowledge the living God of creation and for worshipping the Anti-Christ:
“ And he opened the bottomless pit; and there arose a smoke out of the pit, as the smoke of a great furnace; and the sun and the air were darkened by reason of the smoke of the pit. And there came out of the smoke locusts upon the earth: and unto them was given power, as the scorpions of the earth have power. And it was commanded them that they should not hurt the grass of the earth, neither any green thing, neither any tree; but only those men which have not the seal of God in their foreheads.” (Rev. 9:2-4)
They have a King who has one purpose and nothing will stop him for five full months.
“And they had a king over them, which is the angel of the bottomless pit, whose name in the Hebrew tongue is Abaddon, but in the Greek tongue hath his name Apollyon” (Rev. 9:11).
The third King will be the last King. There will be only one King ruling as King of Kings forever. His government and his supreme authority will never end.
“And out of his mouth goeth a sharp sword, that with it he should smite the nations: and he shall rule them with a rod of iron: and he treadeth the winepress of the fierceness and wrath of Almighty God. And he hath on his vesture and on his thigh a name written, KING OF KINGS, AND LORD OF LORDS" (Rev. 19:15-16).
In case you are wondering what the “sharp sword’ is for coming out of the mouth of the last King – it is among other things the means by which he judges and punishes those who think it is their duty to turn little boys into little girls.
