WES VERNON, RA ANALYST — As more details emerge in the case of false accusations against Fairfax, Va., elementary school coach Sean Lanigan, it becomes relevant to add more perspective to what we wrote on May 16. This is necessitated by the fact that Washington Post reporter Tom Jackman has added details to his original story of the lies about Lanigan's supposed inappropriate liberties with a minor. Those facts (previously unknown to us) prompt a revision to our own Monday comments... (more)

NEWSMAX — Senate Democrats plan to force a vote this week on federal judicial nominee Goodwin Liu. WALTER E. WILLIAMS — The liberal vision of government is easily understood and makes perfect sense if one acknowledges their misunderstanding and implied assumptions about the sources of income. NAT HENTOFF — Thomas Jefferson often insisted that the ultimate guardians of our rights and liberties are We the People. But when many Americans are largely ignorant of the Constitution, an imperial president -- like George W. DAVID LIMBAUGH — I think people are missing the main point of Obamacare's alleged "death panels": Obama has forfeited any claim to moral authority in pursuit of his so-called health care reform. It is indisputable that the thrust of Obama's push for Obamacare was that too many Americans were being denied access to medical care, and that health care "should be a right for every American"...
