Cui Bono? Why are the warning signs of impending violence always ignored?

What do the Dunblane, Port Authur, Sandy Hook, and Parkland Shootings all have in common?

After the Sandy Hook incident, I wrote a piece "The gathering storm of gun control" and two months later wrote about the Boston Marathon bombings, "The Brothers Tsarnaev, Col Harland Saunders and persecution of RG III." Now with the most recent Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School shooting, the big question on so many minds is 'Why were all the warning signs ignored by officials of the shooters/bombers intent.' This trivialization and total ignoring of warning signs is not new.

Why is Foreknowledge Ignored?

Going back to when Thomas Hamilton murdered 16 children and a teacher at Dunblane Primary School in Scotland on 13 March, 1996, authorities had foreknowledge of the clear and present danger that Thomas Hamilton was to society in general and children in particular going back to the early 1970's. The same goes for the 9/11 attack, to quote a New York Times article by Philip Shenon May 18, 2002. "TRACES OF TERRORISM: THE WARNINGS; F.B.I. Knew for Years About Terror Pilot Training":

The F.B.I. had been aware for several years that Osama bin Laden and his terrorist network were training pilots in the United States and elsewhere around the world, according to court records and interviews at flight schools and with federal law enforcement officials.

Similar warning signs were ignored regarding the Ft Hood Shooter note the article in Politico by Jennifer Epstein February 3, 2011. "Fort Hood inquiry faults FBI, Army":

Sen. Joe Lieberman, the committee's chairman, said to reporters. "We have reached that conclusion because our investigation has found that employees of the Department of Defense and the FBI had compelling evidence of Nidal Hasan's growing embrace of violent Islamist extremism in the years before the attack that should have caused them to discharge him from the U.S. Military and make him subject of an aggressive counter-terrorism investigation."

There were similar claims, post massacre, about the mental state of Martin Bryant, whose IQ was in the mid 60's, the alleged sole shooter of the Port Authur Tasmania Massacre and Adam Lanza the alleged sole shooter of the Sandy Hook Incident. To quote a CNN article By David Shortell, CNN Updated 2:14 PM ET, Sun November 23, 2014 "Report finds missed chances to help Newtown shooter Adam Lanza":

Lanza had not left his room in his mother's Newtown home for three months before the massacre.

He was anorexic, the report said, and weighed only 112 pounds the day he died, despite being 6 feet tall.

He kept his room locked and his windows blacked out with plastic garbage bags – communicating little with the outside world, and with his mother only over email.

It should be noted that the Dunblane shooting occurred in March 13, 1996 and resulted in draconian gun control legislation and confiscation in Great Britain. The Port Authur Massacre 28–29 April 1996 and resulted in draconian gun control legislation and confiscation in Australia. Sandy Hook was used by the Obama Whitehouse and the Holder Department of Justice to try and impose draconian gun control legislation in the United States, now all the usual parties, Fidelista’s in sheep’s clothing, are clamoring for the same after the Parkland Shooting.

Ignoring Warning Signs, Accidental Stupidity or Malevolent Design?

A CNN Article "TIMELINE: Two years of Nikolas Cruz warning signs" notes all the warning signs that were ignored prior to the tragedy. The fact that all these warning signs, just like the Dunblane Shooting 22 years ago were ignored by the agents of several government agencies raises serious questions:

1. Was it multi agency incompetence?
   
   
2. Was it multi agency complacency, apathy and procrastination?
   
   
3. Was it due to the Promise Program where Dept of Justice grants went to school districts in return to turning a blind eye to behavior like that of Nikolas Cruz?
   
   
4. Or was it because certain officials in the chain of command, who had a fiduciary responsibility to report or act on such behavior, used the Promise Program as a convenient excuse to foment a politically motivated agenda, hoping it would eventually culminate in an incident that would cause a public outcry for gun control? Aka a Virus and Antidote concocted in the same Laboratory.
   
   
5. Or was it a combination of all of the above?
   

Is there any merit in the above line of questioning? Consider that the Promise Program was started under the Obama/Holder watch, the same group that sanctioned and carried out a gun running operation "Fast and Furious" and on June 28, 2012, Holder became the first U.S. Attorney General in history to be held in both criminal and civil contempt of Congress over his refusal to share his knowledge of the operation.

Note, according to an article posted on Substance News by George N. Schmidt – September 17, 2011 "Robert Runcie leaving Chicago to become chief of Broward County Florida schools"

Less than three months after he was demoted and then laterally moved at part of Chief Executive Officer Jean-Claude Brizard's shakeup of the Chicago Public Schools central administration, Robert Runcie will be leaving Chicago to become superintendent of the Broward County school district in Florida.

In another article in the Broward County Westside Gazette, 'Broward County's oldest and largest African American owned newspaper' on July 15th 2012, the interesting question is raised "Superintendent Robert Runcie and President Barack Obama: Two Peas in a Pod?

As Robert Runcie nears completion of his first year as superintendent of Broward County Public Schools, the manner in which he plans to run things seems very clear; like President Barack Obama.

There can be no doubt that by virtue of this Promise Program, Eric Holder and in turn the former president are as much to blame for the Parkland Shootings as they were for the murder of border agent Brian Terry via a Fast and Furious Gun. So, by implication, what role did Robert Runcie and the Broward County Sheriffs Office play in the circumstances that lead to the shootings?

Let's also consider something else that at this late date is all but forgotten as reported on Reuters by Ebong Udoma and David Ingram November 27, 2012 "Officials target gun violence in Connecticut"

NEW HAVEN, Conn/WASHINGTON (Reuters) – The Obama administration is taking a cautious step toward confronting the politically tricky subject of gun violence with an initiative unveiled on Tuesday that focuses on prevention.

It was not the gun control launch that some of Barack Obama's supporters hoped for after the president won a second four-year term in a November 6 election. "Bold Emphasis mine"

Instead, U.S. Justice Department and Connecticut officials announced a statewide program that targets repeat criminals, creates alternatives for potential gang members and rallies neighborhoods against violence.

The initiative, known as Project Longevity, will send new federal grant money to Connecticut and involve agents, academics and social workers working for or with the FBI and the U.S. Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives.

Wolfgang Halbig, Sandy Hook and Parkland:

Reflecting on the Sandy Hook incident, which coincidentally occurred two weeks after the aforementioned article, brings up the name of Wolfgang Halbig, a former Florida State Trooper and School Safety Expert, who has been tirelessly exposing the mistruths and inconsistencies of the whole Sandy Hook narrative and as such has been widely reviled. Was Project Longevity used as a funding source to stage a False Flag event at Sandy Hook as justification for the increased Gun Control that was promised months earlier?

That being said, it should be noted that while the lawsuits now are piling up against authorities over the Parkland Shooting, why were there no civil suits against the school and others in Sandy Hook/Newtown? Its interesting to note that the only major lawsuit was against the firearm maker and a trivial suit as reported in the Newtown Bee "Plaintiffs Pursue Evidence In Sandy Hook School Lawsuit" August 25, 2017 by Andrew Gorosko: against the school over safety procedures by the estates of Noah Pozner and Jesse Lewis. It is of further note that a Civil Suit against Wolfgang Halbig was dropped by Noah Pozner's Father as reported in The Washington Standard by Tim Brown on November 21, 2017. "Are Sandy Hook Dominoes Beginning To Fall? Civil Suit Against Investigator Wolfgang Halbig Dropped"

In a stunning move, father of Noah Pozner, an alleged Sandy Hook victim, has dropped his civil lawsuit against investigator and school security expert Wolfgang Halbig just as he was about to have to provide a video a deposition in the case.

Appearing on NorthWest Liberty News, Halbig said that despite the lawsuit being dropped, he would continue to pursue obtaining information via a counter lawsuit.

Are Obama, Holder, Runcie and Sheriff Scott Israel guilty of using the Promise Program to ignore Florida Statute Law to facilitate a political objective?

The sad Irony is that Wolfgang Halbig's name appears in appendix 18 of a report prepared for The Florida Senate by Staff of the Committee on Education "Task Force on School Safety," Report Number 00-32, October 1999:

Zero Tolerance Policy

Each school district is required by law (s. 230.235, F.S.) to adopt a "zero tolerance" policy for crime and substance abuse, including reporting delinquent acts and crimes occurring whenever and wherever students are under the jurisdiction of the school district. School districts must enter into an agreement with the county sheriff's office or local police department specifying guidelines for ensuring that felonies and violent misdemeanors (whether committed by a student or adult) and delinquent acts that would be felonies or violent misdemeanors if committed by an adult, are reported to law enforcement. The law specifies the contents of the agreements, as well as the school principal's responsibilities for ensuring crime reporting training for all school personnel, proper reporting, and proper action and documentation for cases with special circumstances.

While this is but a single excerpt of the report, if one reads the report in whole, it will become painfully obvious that all of these recommendations were relegated to an early grave by Obama, Holder, Runcie, Sheriff Israel and possibly the FBI; resulting in the tragic deaths of students at the Marjory Stoneman Douglas high school in Parkland, Florida after Nikolas Cruz boasted on YouTube that he was "going to be a professional school shooter"

Meeting a Cuban Ex(ile/pat) Parent whose Children attended Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School:

After the initial posting of this article, I had a chance meeting with a Cuban Ex(ile/pat) whose children attended this school in the decade after the implementation of the recommendations of the "Task force on School Safety"; where the children and parents were secure in the knowledge that there was a Sheriff's office next to the principal and school safety was taken seriously before the Obama/Holder/Runcie/Israel machinations took effect under the guise of social justice via the Promise Program. It is indeed sad that more people do not heed the Cuban Ex(ile/pat) experience of state sanctioned gun control and confiscation that resulted in the delayed reunion of families as fathers were detained, tortured and many died before reunification stateside like Humberto Fontova's family. Connecting the Dots:

Tying this back to connect the dots with major shootings since Dunblane in Scotland, it is worthy to note the recent editorial "What does Broward Sheriff Scott Israel not want us to see?"in the South Florida Sun-Sentinel on March 7, 2018, that journalism is not dead and in their request to obtain the outside surveillance video, their valid questions need to be asked:

• What went right and wrong outside the school?
  
  
• Where was School Resource Officer Scot Peterson during the shooting?
  
  
• How long did it take BSO deputies to arrive?
  
  
• Did they enter the building or not?
  
  
• Were Coral Springs officers first to go in?
  
  
• Were emergency medical technicians restrained from entering?
  
  
• How long before rescue trucks were able to race victims to hospitals?
  

A Cloud of Secrecy Surrounds all Shootings used as Justification for Gun Control:

As with the South Florida Sun-Sentinel's attempts to get the truth and overcome the fog of secrecy over the Marjory Stoneman Douglas shooting, it is worthwhile to reflect on some sobering facts:

• In the Dunblane Scotland shooting, records were initially sealed for 100 years and after an appeal nine years later the ban was partially lifted to allow edited documentation to be available to the public. Many unanswered questions remain as suggested in "The Dunblane Massacre: 20 Years On – And Still 80 Years From the Truth..." He fired 105 shots killing 16 children and their teacher, and wounding 15 more children. His last shot killed himself.
  
  
• In the Port Authur Tasmania shooting, records have been sealed for 30 years and despite the testimony of witnesses who knew Martin Bryant and who saw the shooter and stated Martin was not the shooter, Martin Bryant has never been given due process of law; read Re-opening Martin Bryant's Case with Fresh Evidence, also read 15 facts about The Port Arthur Massacre you NEED to know. Martin Bryant an under developed, left handed individual with an IQ of 66 who allegedly had a kill to wound ratio of 1.66 to 1 and allegedly killed or wounded 32 people using 29 rounds. By Comparison Kip Kinkel in the Thurston High School shooting killed 2 and left 25 wounded using 51 rounds.
  
  
• In the Sandy Hook incident, great effort by various levels of government and law enforcement have sealed all the important evidence from public purview. We are led to believe that a disturbed, medicated and anorexic Adam Lanza despite being 6ft tall only weighed 112 Lbs. and had not left his room for 3 months before killing his mother and accomplished his school shooting spree where every child shot died and EMT's were never admitted to the scene? • In Marjory Stoneman Douglas shooting, facts are being pursued by the South Florida Sun-Sentinel and others, there are already conflicting stories, obfuscation and serious efforts to withhold the truth by authorities. It should be noted that there were 17 killed and 17 wounded using 100 rounds of ammunition, which draw into question the Special Forces skills alleged of Martin Bryant at Port Arthur and Adam Lanza at Sandy Hook. Most damning is the alleged stand down by local authorities including EMT's who waited until Coral Springs police officers arrived and rushed into the building bypassing the Broward County Sherriff's Department. Was this cowardice or poor training on the part of the Broward County Sherriff's Department or something more heinous, a deliberate attempt to increase the carnage as justification for increased gun control and heap more blame on the NRA?
  

As discussed in an editorial of the Investors Business Daily 20 February 2018. "Sorry, Despite Gun-Control Advocates' Claims, U.S. Isn't The Worst Country For Mass Shootings" "Rather than politicizing the deaths of 17 people, Democrats and others should instead be pushing for better school security, and for our law enforcement agencies to respond more aggressively to clear threats. Those who are severely mentally ill or psychotic or potentially violent need help. And those that kill for political or religious reasons often show clear signs of being violent. No amount of gun control can stop that."

Why is there such a concerted effort to nullify "the right of the people to keep and bear arms"?

If "the right of the people to keep and bear arms" as guaranteed from infringement in article II of the Bill of Rights is taken away by those with a political agenda, so does the power of the people to use the force of arms to guarantee all the other inalienable rights, like freedoms of speech, religion and security of person. It must be remembered that despite the rallying cry of "Taxation without Representation" it was the attempts at Gun Control that ignited the powder keg as described in "The American Revolution against British Gun Control" by David B. Kopel. The question becomes why is Gun Control such a long-desired goal of the left? Is it to turn American Citizens into compliant Subjects of an all-powerful central government as was the aim of King George's Armies in the 13 Colonies and Fidel Castro in Cuba?

The Smoking Gun at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School shooting:

There is a smoking gun at this most recent school shooting and its not the one Nikolas Cruz allegedly used to kill 17 and wound another 17; It's the actions or lack thereof on the part of the various law enforcement agencies to deal with the clear and present danger that Nikolas Cruz was to the student body in the two years before he finally made good on all his threats. It's not the motives of Nikolas Cruz that need to be analyzed as they were painfully obvious for the years leading to the actual event; It's the true motives of all those who willfully ignored the warning signs that need to be examined with a fine-tooth comb.
