PETER LEMISKA — Democrat politicians endlessly warn us about the “threat to our democracy” posed by Donald Trump and MAGA Republicans. Of course, that claim is patently absurd on two fronts. First of all, as most Americans know, we live under a constitutional republic, not a democracy, per se.... (more)

YOUTUBE — In his 85 years, constitutional scholar and legal expert Alan Dershowitz has played a role in some of the biggest legal and political moments of our time — basically every “trial of the century.” On this episode of "The Glenn Beck Podcast," Glenn gets a deep look at the most controversial case Alan has tackled yet. Dershowitz has said that two of the most unpopular people he has defended were O.J. Simpson and Jeffrey Epstein, but neither compares to his defense of Donald Trump. BOB UNRUH — A major study shows that dozens of major school districts cross the nation have biases in their teaching hiring procedures, making sure that leftist ideologies are embedded in their classrooms. The study from the National Opportunity Project said its findings "raise serious legal questions in the wake of the Supreme Court's decision outlawing race-based college admissions. Employment policies in K-12 public schools that consider race, creed, and political ideology and are infused with biased language and decision-making processes unfairly, and sometimes illegally, skew hiring in favor of certain candidates."...
